This was an easy one. It was lots of fun tho. Will totally do it again. Hope they consider Japan, that would be cool
I'm also a Spartan Runner. New to the game but i've been watching all your videos on how to run these endurance races and OCR videos on the different ways to tackle each obstacle. Keep it up.

That looked fun, 2-3 obstacles i need to work on before but that looked like a good challenge
Rugged Maniac is a fun event. No penalties at RM, so if you can't complete an obstacle, you can either re-try it or skip it.
@@OCRKings sadly i live in Sweden so it will be hard to get there but we have some diffrent races here also so i just need to get back in to it.
We were there last Saturday with a 9:30am start. I wish we saw you so we can at least shake your hand and thank you for your vlogs.

OCR Kings Our race went very well. I ran with my girl and my two daughters. By the way I was the course photographer at the Spartan Kids Race in Stamford and I shot you as you cross the A Frame Cargo Net obstacle. Expect your pictures to be available online very soon.

You can do it! Rugged Maniac is a lot of fun. There are some challenging obstacles, but this is a fantastic race for beginners. There are no penalties for not being able to complete an obstacle, so if anything is a no go or outside your comfort level, you can skip it and move on. It's all good. This video is pretty indicative of what you'd find at almost every Rugged Maniac.

9:23 Good thing to Remind the Camera Dude to get Your Good side. When I ran this In Pennsylvania, I was at Iron Curtain and Knew where the Drop was, I noticed a Camera dude at the exit of the Iron Curtain. I motioned him by waving Him down and Point at him, the Camera, and Me. Which meant “Hey(Wave) Think you(Point At dude) Can take picture(Point at Camera) Of Me?(Point at myself) he knew what I motioned and he nodded. After I leapt in I looked at The Lens and did the Rock and Roll sign on both hands. Saw myself on the highlights when I got my photos and it was there!! Just goes to show Remind someone with a Camera to get your good side. Do you do a “3, 2, 1,” sign to the Camera before you roll often?
:-) I just got lucky, there were two camera guys who were just setting up when I got them. I figured I would have a little fun since no one else was around at that moment.

Of course! Walk when you want, try the obstacles as best you can. I guarantee you will have fun!
Can kids do it I'm 13
Spartan adult races start at age 14. Pretty sure adults and kids can run together at Rugged Maniac, especially age 13 and up.
I believe that the minimum age is 12 and there is no age limit
