G'day again Wade, Bought one then another 5 years ago (2019) they were drained too quickly. Grabbed a Victoriana a year later. It was nice enough, but I still preferred the 15 yr. Purchased another 2 .... still reside in my cupboard. Recently bought the double cask... surprised me ... lovely drop. Heard the 15 yr has changed a bit since the re-labeling ... Gone back to it ? Thanks, AL
I haven’t tried it since they changed the label. I still have very fond memories of this one. Perhaps I pick up another bottle soon and see if I can detect any changes.
Can't really compare the two as they are very different styles and both equally well crafted. Personally I'd probably lean towards the Glen Scotia as the price is better and it has a lot more complexity to offer. Hope this helps! 🥃
Agreed! The price has remained consistent and fair. Also under the same ownership, Loch Lomond has some great value whiskies flying under the radar as well.
Great to see an Aussie 🇦🇺 doing great reviews… thank you 🙏🏽. SUBSCRIBED
Thanks for the love Clinton! Appreciate the kind words and the sub 👊
After about a half dozen Glen Scotias, this one is my all-around favourite. Excellent quality at a very fair price.
Yeah it’s the sweet spot isn’t it!
Just got this and typing this with a nice buzz. I really like this whisky.

Just bought 2 of this, found them for a bargain price at 45.60 Euro. Amazing whisky.
It’s good isn’t it! Great price you scored them for!
This whisky will always be on my shelf
A great whisky! I think this one flys under the radar for how good it is.
I really like your reviewing style Wade, keep up the great work 🥃
Thanks Jason, appreciate the kind words mate!
Give the GS victoriana a try next, it is a belter of a dram 👍
Is that the cask strength one?
Yes it is, the current batch is 54.2%, its an excellent dram 🥃
