I am not able to claim this on more than one character. So to be safe claim this on the character you want to have this ship. Just to be safe and not waste this claim. Update: You have to open the ship box and add it to your roster. Then and only then will it become available to claim on other characters. Others have posted this information, but I didn’t realize you actually had to add the ship to your ship roster.

The IKS Commerce on the other hand will be my Orion's main ship for a while: acquired as "abandoned and derelict salvage" formerly belonging to an unscrupulous Ferengi merchant who has since gone missing. I might just play around with rockets on that character, so the newly buffed console will be nice to have. Ambassador Kael may not have been the best editor (sometimes funny though) but he was always willing to listen to the community and try to handle anything that happened. That is by far the more important part. I wish him well in his next adventure. Nice to see you back online!

Feel I have to give the warning, a KDF officer cannot open any of the outfit boxes aside from the baseball uniforms, don't claim the initial pack on a KDF, or you'll be stuck with a bunch of outfit crates you can't open.
You can go back with your other characters but there will be two separate claims: one for the ship and one for all the outfits. I claimed them on all my captains.

I have a question. When you clicked your character status on the left you had a button that said “switch starship”. I’m not seeing that option. How do I get to that?
the question is, once claimed and oppened the box will it be available on character created after the pomo ends. when you open the box it says "account unlocked" therefore you *should* be able to reclaim it months over the line if you oppenned the box during that period

** You do have to reclaim the ship from the Promo Tab on all your character's, so don't wait to do that.
For me it says `You can only acquire "Grand Nagus Giveaway" once on your account.`, but the box I got _is_ account bound, not bind on pickup.

My STO not work in Arc, i cannot launch, just a black screen if try launch. I play using .exe in game folders, launching old cryptic style.
