Has been my favorite house in Lawton since 8 was first stationed at Ft. Sill in 1996, used to drive by it every once in a while, its in a secluded luxury neighborhood across the road from Ft.Sill.
Love the house on the outside. I have been by it so many times on the way to see friends it is interesting to see the inside. It has so many features I would want in a house if we built. I miss my gift wrapping closet I had in a former home so I know the gift wrapping room would be amazing. I would steal the office for my sewing room! Storage in a separate but close area is a dream come true for seamstresses. And yes I need that much storage. As for the carpet in the bathroom, I would tear out all of carpet and install oak flooring throughout. I would also leave most of the osk woodwork since it goes with the Victorian outside.

I have never had a gift wrapping closet so I’m jealous of both this house and your old one 😂😂 The thing I love about homes is that we can Take a home that the owners used one way and completely switch it up so it fits our lifestyle! I was SA’ed in Lawton and made sick for life. The city council tried to run me out by taking my stamps and hiv med vouchers. Can’t get a dentist either. Anyways, love the area Comon down
This home is amazingly beautiful and has everything I look for in an big home. Now the carpet in the bathroom NO I would be changing that. This is absolutely my dream home and it's a dream that will happen because I am 66 and time is not %yl)ll
I would not pay that much in Lawton , Oklahoma . That is one of the worst cities , high crime ! I agree NO carpet in the bathrooms , none in kitchens or dining rooms either. It just gets too gross . I am not a fan of carpet anyway . That pantry is to die for ! Back porch therapy ! I still would not live in , or too close to Lawton .
Don't really know why someone would want to live there.Dirty town full of crime, and Homeless and declining residential homes and streets. The city can even repair the archway going into Highland Cemetery, Its been Broken for three years now. The city wastes to much money buying a mall, and city Hall and then raise the utility rate by 15 percent and cut trash pickup to one day a week when people are struggling to make ends meet.

I live on the west coast. $1,000,000 for this house is a steal out here. Small lot for such a big house.
