I Live in Eufaula no real restaurants , driving is horrendous from the last of April to the 2nd week Sept. McIntosh county has approx 25000, summer it is about 40000. It is made up of fast food and convenient stores. I would trade Eufaula for Davis.

The sheriffs department there threatened to m*rder me and dump my body in the woods after i called them for service. Terry Park is the sheriff. Then they retaliated against me while my mother was visiting me from out of state. Terry arrested me in front of my mom and my children, for a traffic ticket in a different state that he knew was non-extraditable. He was mad because i made it known that they illegally removed me from property that i was renting. I won the lawsuit by the way. I called him the other day and he demanded to know where i was because he was "going to come get me". People should know who he REALLY is. Be careful if you go there.

I lived in Clairmore OK from 83 to 98. You could have mentioned it is part of old Route 66. I enjoy my time in Okla.

I don't believe Wickliffe has any buildings, other than the school. A few rural homes nearby, but the school is it. Hoot Owl is just silly to be considered a town.

You need to put the word City after evertime you reference Oklahoma because, I guess Tulsa, the states best and most attractive city doesn't exist. Have you even ever been there?

Over 50 years ago, a VoAg Teacher in Jones Oklahoma decided to make sausage as a fund raiser for the FFA. He has since passed on, but the Blue and Gold Sausage Company sells its products through the schools and other charities. Very few towns in Oklahoma does not have at least one school selling the sausage. Don Ramsey was the founder and bought the prize hog every year. The company now sells sausage in several other states as well. No company in Oklahoma has poured more money into the schools than Blue and Gold. It is not uncommon for rural schools to sell 20,000 pounds of their products. They make a living by selling a superior product and a reasonable price as a fund raiser. Many times the children don’t have to do much selling since it is famous all over the state. For people that love whole hog sausage it is a treat. Next time you do a food in Oklahoma include it please.
