LOVED this video! I'm currently in my living room trying the L shape lol. I used to do gymnastics 18 years and 10 stones ago. I was good and very flexible. I have somehow retained the flexibility but I WANT to be able to handstand again! COMEON!

Obviously Lauren is a beautiful woman, but the tips she was giving you for handstands were really helpful. I've been getting back into capoeira and cartwheels and handstands are staple to that martial art/dance. I could do headstands to handstands back in the day, but I've lost a lot of tricep strength. Gymnastics is not easy, it's calisthenics and acrobatics with bits of other stuff in the mix. Love these videos where you go out of your comfort zone and love the comedy edits, literally laughing out loud and harrrddd 🤣👌🏾👊🏾

been watching it for the handstand tutorial since im trying now for far too long without proper progress. Also had to start from the very beginning with other things like a back roll. Now it actually is a proper back roll. But Handstand got so many people starting nowhere near to where a tall heavy dude has to start. Because then proper technique in shoulders etc. is way more important than for small light people. So with these exercises i hope to finally get my handstand because she starts with proper technique and not just: "just got to swing up like an idiot and work the rest out yourself".

been watching it for the handstand tutorial since im trying now for far too long without proper progress. Also had to start from the very beginning with other things like a back roll. Now it actually is a proper back roll. But Handstand got so many people starting nowhere near to where a tall heavy dude has to start. Because then proper technique in shoulders etc. is way more important than for small light people. So with these exercises i hope to finally get my handstand because she starts with proper technique and not just: "just got to swing up like an idiot and work the rest out yourself".
