That wasn't counterclockwise....
@dontaylor1358 That’s what I thought, too, but it actually is … if you’re looking DOWN from above the machine. If you’re looking from the side with the bottom of the filter toward you, as most of us will be, then it’s counterclockwise. It just a matter of vantage point, and the vantage point they chose to use isn’t the one we’ll be using. Confusing, yes.
Support number very helpful when changing the filters for the first time.
Do you need to remove the remineralization filter before flushing? Will the protective liquid contaminate the remineralization filter?
I definitely would just in case
Excellent! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great! 🎉 This video was very helpful in replacing my filters. Thanx!!!!
Did you actually pay attention? They've got their clockwise and counterclockwise reversed
Unable to locate or feel the ‘reset bar’. Anyone else encounter this issue?
It's a little button hidden behind the white panel to the right of filter 4. Put your hand up underneath on the right side and you should feel it
Is the UV version new or being phased out? also is the remineralization filter in the UV version is optional?
Why does it keep beeping when I’m trying to flush new filters and stopping
Your clockwise and counterclockwise directions are exactly opposite of what they should be in the video. You show turning clockwise when it's counter, and you show turning counterclockwise when it's clockwise.
I don't think you know the difference between clockwise and counter clockwise
Can anyone please help me to find the reset button? I can feel 3 buttons in that hole but all of them feels like screws
It’s kind of a floating button facing down - so you have to push upwards to press it vs trying to find a button on the surfaces
