This scenario is familiar. I experienced the same treatment having lived in diaspora for decades. One of my kin started letting my land calling it his & collecting money from the village dwellers renting from. He did this for years. He also sold sand to builders from the same land. He buried his children on the property. It took the involvement of the courts of law, & witnesses as evidence to clean up the mess. Being blood, I did prosecute him & actually gave him some money to pay school fees for his children. The planters were given time to harvest the last harvest. Good luck muzukulu wa Kakoma, but speed kendeezako. Some people are killed for much less by their own people. Settle things amicably & if possible out of court using services of a mediator as I did.
