Sorry sir, you know how to change time out in Lenovo flex 5?
im try to BIOS there is nothing setting for time out backlight

Not all models will have a BIOS/UEFI setting for keyboard backlight timeout. However, if you're sure it's in the BIOS, you might need to navigate through the Advanced settings or other sub-menus. Please refer to your specific model's manual or Lenovo's official support for exact instructions. If there's no BIOS/UEFI setting and no built-in utility in the pre-installed Lenovo software to manage this, it might not be possible to change the timeout for the keyboard backlight. Some models have a fixed timeout for the keyboard backlight to save battery, and it can't be adjusted.

If the Registry Editor settings are visible, proceed with the instructions in the video to adjust the backlight timeout. Alternatively, if the settings are not visible, you'll need to make the changes in the BIOS.

I apologize, but I couldn't find any specific information about the keyboard backlight settings for the Infinix Y1 laptop. It's possible that this model does not have a customizable keyboard backlight timeout feature.
However, you can try the following general steps to check if the option is available:
      1. Open the "Settings" app on your Infinix Y1 laptop.
      2. Look for the "Keyboard" or "Keyboard Settings" option.
      3. Within the keyboard settings, search for a "Backlight" or "Keyboard Lighting" option.
      4. If you find a "Backlight Timeout" or similar setting, click on it.
      5. You may see a list of options to choose from, such as "Always On," "30 seconds," "1 minute," "2 minutes," etc.
      6. Select the desired timeout duration for the keyboard backlight.
If you cannot find the specific setting or if it is not available on your laptop, it is likely that the Infinix Y1 does not support customizable keyboard backlight timeout settings.

To change the backlight timeout settings for your keyboard on your Windows PC, you can follow these steps:
      1. Restart your PC and press the F10 key repeatedly until the BIOS opens.
      2. Navigate to the Built-in Device Options tab.
      3. Scroll down to Backlit Keyboard Timeout.
      4. Press Space and select options.
If you find that there is no setting for the backlit timing in the BIOS, this behavior might not be supported on that PC or laptop.
      I hope this helps!

how to do in dell laptop

    • @sltechnosolution5279
      @sltechnosolution5279  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

Changing the keyboard backlight timeout on a Dell laptop can vary slightly depending on the model and the software Dell provides for managing hardware settings. Here’s a general guide that should work for most Dell laptops:
      1. **Install Dell Power Manager (if not already installed):**
      - Dell laptops often come with the Dell Power Manager application pre-installed. If you don’t have it, you can download it from Dell's support website for your specific laptop model.
      2. **Open Dell Power Manager:**
      - Once installed, open the Dell Power Manager application. You can usually find it in the Start menu or by searching for "Dell Power Manager."
      3. **Navigate to Keyboard settings:**
      - Look for a section within Dell Power Manager related to keyboard settings or keyboard backlight settings. This is where you can adjust the timeout settings.
      4. **Adjust Keyboard Backlight Timeout:**
      - Within the keyboard settings section, there should be options related to the keyboard backlight. Look for a setting that allows you to adjust the timeout duration. It may be labeled as "Keyboard Backlight Timeout" or something similar.
      5. **Set the Timeout Duration:**
      - Select your desired timeout duration from the available options. Dell typically provides several preset durations such as 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc. Choose the one that fits your preference.
      6. **Save Changes:**
      - After setting the timeout duration, there may be a 'Save' or 'Apply' button within Dell Power Manager. Click on it to save your changes.
      7. **Close the Utility:**
      - Close the Dell Power Manager application once you have adjusted the settings.
      8. **Test the Changes:**
      - Test the keyboard backlight timeout by allowing the keyboard to sit idle for the duration you set. The backlight should turn off after the specified time.
If your Dell laptop does not have Dell Power Manager or if it does not provide the necessary settings, you can also check the BIOS or UEFI settings for keyboard backlight options. Here’s how you can access the BIOS/UEFI settings:
      - **Restart** your Dell laptop.
      - During startup, repeatedly press the **F2** key (or another key as specified during startup) to enter the BIOS/UEFI settings.
      - Navigate through the BIOS/UEFI menus using the arrow keys.
      - Look for a section related to keyboard or keyboard backlight settings.
      - Adjust the settings as needed (this can vary widely depending on your specific Dell laptop model and BIOS/UEFI version).
After adjusting settings in the BIOS/UEFI, make sure to save your changes before exiting. The keyboard backlight timeout settings in the BIOS/UEFI are typically basic and may not offer as many options as dedicated software like Dell Power Manager.
If you're unsure about any steps or if the options are not available in Dell Power Manager or BIOS/UEFI, refer to your Dell laptop's user manual or Dell's support website for specific instructions tailored to your model.

How to do it in acer??

To change the keyboard backlight timeout on an Acer laptop, you typically need to use the Acer Quick Access utility or similar software that Acer provides for managing hardware settings. Here’s a general guide on how to do it:
      1. **Install Acer Quick Access (if not already installed):**
      - Check if you have the Acer Quick Access utility installed on your laptop. If not, you can download it from Acer's support website for your specific laptop model.
      2. **Open Acer Quick Access:**
      - Once installed, open the Acer Quick Access application. It might be found in the Start menu or on your desktop depending on how it was installed.
      3. **Navigate to Keyboard settings:**
      - Look for a section related to keyboard settings or keyboard backlight settings within Acer Quick Access. This is where you can adjust the timeout settings.
      4. **Adjust Keyboard Backlight Timeout:**
      - Within the keyboard settings section, you should find options related to the backlight. Look for a setting that allows you to adjust the timeout duration. It may be labeled as "Keyboard Backlight Timeout" or similar.
      5. **Set the Timeout Duration:**
      - Select your desired timeout duration from the available options. Some common durations include 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc. Choose the one that suits your preference.
      6. **Save Changes:**
      - After setting the timeout duration, there may be a 'Save' or 'Apply' button at the bottom of the settings window. Click on it to save your changes.
      7. **Close the Utility:**
      - Close the Acer Quick Access utility once you have adjusted the settings.
      8. **Test the Changes:**
      - Test the keyboard backlight timeout by allowing the keyboard to sit idle for the duration you set. The backlight should turn off after the specified time.
If your Acer laptop does not have the Acer Quick Access utility, sometimes the keyboard backlight timeout settings can also be adjusted through the BIOS or UEFI settings. However, this varies by laptop model, and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings requires a different procedure (usually pressing a specific key during startup).
If you cannot find the Acer Quick Access utility or if it does not provide the necessary settings, refer to your laptop's user manual or Acer's support website for more specific instructions tailored to your model.

To change the keyboard backlight timeout on an Acer Nitro V 15 laptop, you can follow these steps:
      1. Locate the "PredatorSense" or "Acer Quick Access" application on your laptop. This software is typically pre-installed on Acer laptops and provides access to various settings.
      2. Open the "PredatorSense" or "Acer Quick Access" application. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Acer support website.
      3. Once the application is open, look for the "Keyboard" or "Lighting" tab. It may be located at the top or in a sidebar.
      4. Within the "Keyboard" or "Lighting" tab, you should find an option to adjust the keyboard backlight settings.
      5. Click on the option to access the keyboard backlight settings. Look for a "Timeout" or "Duration" option.
      6. Adjust the timeout duration according to your preference. You may have options like "Always On," "30 seconds," "1 minute," "2 minutes," etc.
      7. Once you have selected the desired timeout duration, click on "Apply" or "Save" to save the changes.
Please note that the availability and exact location of these settings may vary depending on the specific model and software version of your Acer Nitro V 15 laptop. If you cannot find the specific setting, you can refer to the laptop's user manual or contact Acer support for further assistance.

Hey! Thank you for your comment,
I have been looking for your problem, Unfortunately some laptops have utilities that allow you to adjust the keyboard backlight timeout while others have such options available in the BIOS. You might try checking to see if either of these are available to you. Some Lenovo laptop allows you to change keyboard backlit time by using the Lenovo Vantage application. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Lenovo Support website. OR just try and follow this step after open Registry Editor application,>Edit>Find>type "TurnOffkeybdLight" Press enter and follow the remaining steps as in the video.
