WAKE UP BACH!

Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme ('Awake, calls the voice to us'),[1] BWV 140, also known as Sleepers Awake, is a church cantata by Johann Sebastian Bach. As a kid I used to listen to it on a vinyl record, interpreted on organ by Hans Eckart Schlandt. Was one of my mom's favorite records, so, here's to her memory.
