A cool detail I’ve noticed is in Mortal Kombat 11. One of Kano’s mid round taunts is him taking a bite out of a lizard. Once the animation is over, you can see Kano is still chewing on his bite.
There's a harry potter easter egg I just found in AC: Valhalla. There's a chest in a locked shed next to the temple of sullus minerva in London. Killing the snake out front and unlocking the door leads to a note listing the 7 horcruxes, as well as the banners for the 4 hogwarts houses on the wall opposite. Thought it was interesting
Y'know, my mom's van has a cool feature relating to the watch dogs legion car thing. On the dashboard, there's a little basic top down outline of the van, and there are 4 orange lights where each of the tires are. When the car detects low pressure in any tire, its light will turn on, on the dashboard.

You can also fire an arrow past a fire source to make it a flaming arrow
A realistic detail in Fortnite is Iron Man's One-Handed pickaxe has a plasma end and when you look at your own shadow, it will not show a shadow for the plasma bit of the pickaxe because plasma/fire has no shadow. -Fortnite
In bioshock when a big daddy is with a little sister they will get into a fighting stance when you get near them but when the big daddy has no little sister they will not care when you get near them and push you away
Here is a detail: In Cold War if you get to that snow mission (Edit: I think it was called Snow Job) that you fall off of a zipline and lose your guns but your left with a knife. If you go through the mission but use a gun Woods won't say anything after you regroup but if you go with just a knife he will say "Man you went through with a knife, remember me to not piss you off". I hope you see this one.
I found a pretty cool detail/easter egg in Injustice 2, when you fight on the Arkham Asylum map (on the inside of the asylum) these is a prisoner in a cage that can be seen in a cage hanging in the background, but if you take a closer look it's not just a random criminal, it's the Batman villain Two-Face wearing a orange jumpsuit.

I liked this one a lot, in Watch Dogs Legion, if you leave the radio on in a car when you get out, the radio will get softer with distance, if you do the same to a motorcycle though, you have to get a little more distance before the sound gets softer, same goes for boats

In the Metroid Prime games, if you Rapid Fire the Power Beam (the first gun in the game) you will see smoke come out of it once your done firing, in Metroid Prime 1 if you hold a Charge Beam, an effect will occur, each effect will be different depending on the gun IE: your gun will freeze over with the Ice Beam, your gun will get a static electricity when charging the Wave Beam, your gun will start to turn Multan Red with the Plasma beam. the same will happen in Metroid Prime 2 since the other types of guns are different then the first game.
In Assassin's Creed Valhalla, there is an Easter egg in Lunden with a couple references to Harry Potter. It is a little house next to the Temple of Solis Minerva on the west side. You need a key to open it which is nearby

Good submission for future videos would be in Red Alert 3 if you leave your infantry idle. There's a good variety of idle animations for each infantry unit, some are pretty funny. Certain vehicles also have some unique idle animations.
In the new Destiny 2 raid, Deep Stone Crypt, if you have the Atraks-1 Replicant debuff and use the Abduction emote, a ghost of Atraks-1 will show in the emote as well when you're abducted
In borderlands 3 on the mission you get the tokens to kill killavolt you can see wick and worty a reference to rick and morty, "wick" even teleports around with a portal that looks exactly like the one in the show.

You cover MKX a lot, but recently a hidden code was released in MK11 for the Towers of Time where you get ranked skins for inputing it when a meteor shows up every 2 hours. The code (Left Up Left Right Left Up Up) is the same code as the code on MK1s Genesis port which allows blood on that console instead of it being hidden away :)
In Black Ops: Cold War, whilst playing the mission “Echos of a Cold War” you play as Mason. In one part of the mission, you get separated from Woods. While exploring you come across a corpse with a cross bow bolt in the mans head, Mason will notice this and then see the numbers. Later on you can find a weapons locker, if you find the key you can unlock it. If you do, you get a revolver, but in that locker there is a picture of Dr Steiner, the doctor who made nova-6 and once again Mason will we the numbers.
I don't know if it was on this Chanel, but I have seen a small detail in Call of duty MW / warzones. If you loadout has pistol, then this pistol will be in your operator holster.
Don't know if this counts but in Spiderman ps4/ps5 remastered when you equip certain suits the web shooter's will change it's look or not be on his wrist.

Fun fact in Batman Arkham knight if you get hit in the face Batman would either have a bruised lip or his nose will start bleeding
Also if you beat up one of the gang members, they will start bleeding
