Agree 100%.. I exit the Philippines last 2015 to work as ofw via NAIA. I would say Manila was so worst, it was so scary during my training days to go out alone. Too much traffic that it takes 2 hrs in a single spot. So every time I go for vacation I always choose CLARK as my entry exit airport. But last 2019 I need to use NAIA again and i was so shock and amazed how much manila was change so drastically that i thought i was in a different country.. The build build program was really the turning point..

The information in the books and what our grandparents used to say about Martial Law are contradicting. Of course, we are confused on what we should believe in. I remember the time, I still don’t know what to believe in, and I tried to ask questions to some anti-marcoses (because I already hear the sides of some marcos loyalists), and these anti-marcoses were just hating me and already labeling me as a marcos apologist, when in fact I am just asking to hear their sides. They won’t allow me to hear their sides, and just gatekeep me not even trying to make me believe what they believe is the truth. They say our grandparents are privileged, when in fact our grandparents are not privileged but simple and law-abiding farmers. What choice do we really have? Agree 100%.. I exit the Philippines last 2015 to work as ofw via NAIA. I would say Manila was so worst, it was so scary during my training days to go out alone. Too much traffic that it takes 2 hrs in a single spot.
So every time I go for vacation I always choose CLARK as my entry exit airport. But last 2019 I need to use NAIA again and i was so shock and amazed how much manila was change so drastically that i thought i was in a different country..
The build build program was really the turning point..
No President is perfect but I agree on this, there are many projects that are not being shown by the media, you have to go to PTV channel in order to know this. In the past month only then did I know of the underground railway system that’s being made now but no news about it. It’s sad that most of the time, the media just focus on the bad side or they make a particular topic that’s not really bad and make it look bad.

The information in the books and what our grandparents used to say about Martial Law are contradicting. Of course, we are confused on what we should believe in. I remember the time, I still don’t know what to believe in, and I tried to ask questions to some anti-marcoses (because I already hear the sides of some marcos loyalists), and these anti-marcoses were just hating me and already labeling me as a marcos apologist, when in fact I am just asking to hear their sides. They won’t allow me to hear their sides, and just gatekeep me not even trying to make me believe what they believe is the truth. And basically telling us that if you are a marcos apologist or a neutral, then you are privileged. They say our grandparents are privileged, when in fact our grandparents are not privileged but simple and law-abiding farmers.
What choice do we really have? When we try to ask questions to the anti-marcoses, they will immediately attack us and offend us, so what choice do we really have?
I swear to god, those anti-marcoses should deliver their sides more assertively, so we can hear them clearly, and find out what really happened.

Way back the school days, we have the nutriban everyday, free milk and we have a vaccine monthly. When filling up the application form to work in the government, it asked if you have a family member or relative up to 3rd degree because it is not allowed, but now no more, husband/wife, children, niece/nephew, cousin are officemte/co-worker.

Sir, believe me the Marcoses did the "BEST" for our country the Philippines, i was in grade school during those times and we as children me we've experienced how President Marcos cared for Filipino children the most. But after that so called people power revolution everything was gone up until now....i have so many experiences that i can recall nut it will too long to tell all....all i can say Philippines during Marcos time is full Blessings..........
