The attitude is part of the show and part of a fighter trying to intimidate his opponent. Anyways Masvidal did not exagerate on the trash talking to a level that it would make it embarrassing for him after losing, he kept it under an acceptable level. He's not changed because the KO, he's always been like that, just did not showcase it. Most fighters are mentally prepared for both outcomes W or L from the moment they are entering the octagon.

The way jorge coducted himself post fight is a testament to how much respect these guys have no matter whats said in the build up to sell the fight.

The attitude is part of the show and part of a fighter trying to intimidate his opponent. Anyways Masvidal did not exagerate on the trash talking to a level that it would make it embarrassing for him after losing, he kept it under an acceptable level.
He's not changed because the KO, he's always been like that, just did not showcase it. Most fighters are mentally prepared for both outcomes W or L from the moment they are entering the octagon.

Masvidal is so likeable when he drops the "tough guy act" (everyone already knows he's tough so he doesn't need to constantly play that up) and hopefully he learns and grows from this both personally and proffesionally.
I totally get wym, but you kinda have to have that tough guy act leading up to promote fights for promo. But naturally he is humble and took the L like a champ

No hate at all, just that he should have never underestimated the opponent and on top of that acted like a total clown on the ring. HE SO DESERVE that knockout!!!!!!!
@@rigomanjarrez3004 I really don't think he underestimated anything. He is definitely going to act like it though. But the dude is a professional fighter, he isn't going into a title fight sequel underestimating his opponent. If anything I would be he overestimated Usman.

Ariel said it best we are not disappointed “in” Jorge but rather devastated “for” Jorge. Not a single fighter could possibly be more deserved of a title, but he does have a belt.

@@jypsystory8364 All due respect, you know that BMF belt is symbolic right? It's a trinket, not an official belt. If it was, Usman would've walked into this fight with 2 belts, including the BMF after beating Jorge the first time. But that didn't happen because it's not an official belt. It's a souvenir at best.
@@FatherofFFD I know I know... but, the BMF belt and fight, in my humble opinion was and will always be what it was.. 2 incredible fighters that both deserved this title because of their respective careers and they made it happen.. he does have his own belt..
I personally feel Masvidal gets better after getting humbled. He got humbled, took that break and came back as the monster that he is today. I think this lost will definitely motivate him to become better
If he focuses the anxiety and energy on getting better and improving his game.
