You left out GEOS that was running on even the lowest end IBM compatible. I used GEOS Ensemble, operating over DOS3.3, on my 8088XT unit and had a mouse back then. I'd also migrated over to my Acer 710XT from my Commodore 64 and had GEOS running with it well before Windows of any kind had come into existence. I miss those days
