------------
Come up to meet you
Tell you I'm sorry
You don't know how lovely you are
I had to find you
Tell you I need you
Tell you I set you apart
Tell me your secrets
And ask me your questions
Oh let's go back to the start
Runnin' in circles
Chasin' our tails
Heads on a science apart
Nobody said it was easy
Oh it's such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
And no one ever said it would be this hard
Oh take me back to the start
I was just guessin'
At numbers and figures
Pullin' the puzzles apart
Questions of science
Science and progress
Don't speak as loud as my heart
Tell me you love me
Come back and haunt me
Oh and I rush to the start
Runnin' in circles
Chasin' our tails
Coming back as we are
Nobody said it was easy
Oh it's such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it would be this hard
I'm going back to the start
Ahh ooooooh ooh ooh ooh oooh [x5]

Rocked my first infant son to sleep to this song in the day. He leaves for college next year. Beautiful creation here and the pleasure you take in each other's gifts is a wonder to behold. Blessings. Stay well. Tim
Good grief! I was in college when this came out I think in the 90's. I'm getting old. Best of luck to your son.
Wow y’all are great and talented. Didn’t know Emmet had such a great voice. Loved it.
This is still above and beyond so many live performances I've seen by world renowned musicians.. literally get goosebumps every time I listen to it! 💞
The natural break in her voice. Priceless
From the bowed bass to Julianne and Emmett’s harmony, a real masterpiece! Superb version, thank you!
Emmet is perhaps the best dobro player I’ve ever seen and his voice is amazing as well.
Incredible job y'all! Beautiful song choice and Julianne's voice fits so well with Emmet accompanying. Really beautiful performance, thank you so much!!
I always thought Julianne and Emmet’s vocals would compliment each other well in a duet. Sure didn’t disappoint! Just wow!
Harmony from all aspects, that what summarizes what the Petersens are all about.
I have watched this an obscene amount of times. Hauntingly beautiful.
Me too. Must be at least 20 times by now.
What determines obscene? Asking for a friend.
I went back and listened to the original and other covers of this song, like Willie Nelson's version, and this is by FAR the best version. So glad I found this group to listen to. So talented.
I have listened to this 40 times. I have always disliked this song but your cover made me absolutely fall in love with it. One of my favorite performances ever.
Your style, your voices, your humbleness and friendliness, your musicianship I just love it all and I can't get enough of you. I'm so glad I found this group.
Why on Gods green earth would someone put a thumbs down?...What a great ethereal styling voice...heck I like this better than the original.
They'll thumbs down the second coming of christ lol
What a masterpiece!
Ever one in this group of people can sing. What a great band of people. What a great video and song. Much love Wheeling west Virginia.
All instruments here are great. But the bass just gives me chills again and again. Such rich and vibrant sound. Thank you guys! You are wonderful! Greetings from Ukraine.
I'm a double bass player myself. And I totally agree! Those bowed notes are so great!
Prayers for you and your country. Hope you are doing okay.
Got to agree, the bass really made it!!
This is probably my favorite song from this terrific band. I want to see them live someday.
WOW...3 part n 4 part harmonies n the skills on the instruments ur allllllll amazing n inspiring ....I'm watching all now xxx WOW
Julianne this is my current favorite one of your songs. Your voice has matured and you have such a special quality in your tone. I love this duet and the balance of your voices together I hope you do more like this.
I can't listen to Coldplay sing this song continuously on repeat. Yet, this version, I could listen to on repeat until eternity was finished, and it would never get old. Don't ever stop doing what you are passionate about, and thank you for sharing that passion. This world needs it, like a professional gold digger needs Jesus.
Dolores O'Riordan must be smiling from the heaven. She has a perfect successor now. What a gift, Julianne!
Julianne, don't ever loose that voice. 1 in a billion.
Thier voices are PERFECT for this song. And the harmony is no joke. Y'all are the people I learned this song from. Y'all are THE MOST talented group of singers ive EVER HEARD.
