It's always some Brit trying to goad others into wars. They lost their empire, and now have latched onto America to try to get them to fight their wars. All in a desperate bid to still feel important

@DS-ux9ld You mean, beyond the vaunted "special relationship " ? One word: Cheltenham. It looks like GCHQ gives the yanks access to much data that they are legally prevented from accessing. That's just a plucky guess. But I get your point. The Five Eyes alliance is all that remains of that Cold War relevancy.

One of the most significant and fundamental pillars of our capitalist system is "Social Cohesion". Russia and China are funding migrants from opposing countries to the West to weaken and disrupt the social cohesion across the Western world. Why? Social fabric: Weakening social bonds could undermine trust necessary for economic transactions and cooperation.
Political polarization: Extreme divisions can paralyze decision-making and reform processes.
Civil unrest: Lack of cohesion may lead to protests or conflicts that disrupt economic activity.
Institutional distrust: Eroding faith in government, media, or financial institutions can destabilize markets.
Economic inequality: Exacerbating or highlighting disparities could increase social tensions.
Cultural conflicts: Amplifying disagreements over values or identity could fracture unity.
Misinformation: Spreading false narratives could disrupt shared understanding and cooperation.
Labor disputes: Intensifying conflicts between workers and employers could hinder productivity.
Consumer behavior: Changing spending patterns due to social anxiety could impact economic stability.
Brain drain: Lack of cohesion might drive skilled individuals to leave, impacting economic competitiveness.

I turned the video off as soon as this person started implying that this was all on Putin with ambitions of expanding Russia's borders. This goes against every bit of real analysis that I have seen regarding the entire situation in Ukraine. Namely, that NATO spent over 10 years expanding towards Russia's borders despite warnings by Putin to stop, as well as the bombing with missiles of Russian people in the Donbas area, which was essentially an act of terrorism against those people and is what motivated Putin to send in the Russian military in the first place. In addition to this, Putin has been extremely reluctant to attack the rest of Ukraine, even to the point of his generals complaining about that. One can also add to this that before all of this escalated Putin was ready to sign a peace deal that was rejected by the clown president of Ukraine at the behest of NATO (more likely under threat from NATO).

It's funny because the dude is warning you about an incoming train while you're standing on the train tracks. You're standing there with a finger in your nose asking shall I punch it?
By wake up he means stop making predators of the world laugh at you. Get a leadership who doesn't constantly shit himself, start developing proper defenses against the saturation attacks and take care of the trade routes like you mean it. etc etc
He told you in his view war has already started against the US empire. Declaring something has nothing to do with anything.

I disagree with David when he said that Putin has mobilised its military to expand its military at all costs. The way I see it, Russia has mobilised its military to stop a NATO that insists on expanding at all costs.
NATO do not consider other countries security concerns when they expand, and refuse to negotiate or compromise on their expansion.

How can a so called geopolitical strategist explain the greatest planetary risks without once mentioning the risk of overrunning several climate change tipping points within this decade. A tipping point is a set of physical conditions of the planet from which, once overrun, there is no possibility of reestablishing any semblance of climate stability and we are on the cusp of overrunning several. It's a meta crisis that military commentators are not equipped to address.
