    I believe we are overly fixated on the impending economic collapse. The economy never crashes, in the proper sense. It just goes through cycles, from which it usually recovers. Therefore, I could care less about the projections. All I want to do is expand my holdings. I've read that despite the slump, people are making enormous profits. What tricks do they use?

    • @michaellaw321
      @michaellaw321 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The market will always recover. The goal is to find quality stocks with long term potential. It's hard for the average Joe to do this, because it involves following a lot of industry news, following up with earnings, etc. It's easier to invest through an advisor who knows how stuff works, and make rocket returns.

    • @JosephMartin7226
      @JosephMartin7226 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Purchasing high-quality stocks with long-term growth potential is a wise move, but the average person may find it difficult to accomplish this on their own. It can be challenging and time-consuming to stay up to date on business news and earnings. Working with an expert who can assist you in making wise judgements and maybe achieving significant returns is therefore simpler.

    Given the persisting global economic crisis, it's essential for individuals to focus on diversifying their income streams independent of governmental reliance. This involves exploring options such as stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the adversity in the economy, now is an opportune moment to contemplate these investment avenues.

      The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on stocks with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.

      I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

      Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and I return at least $30k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

So when will he be buying? After the market crashes? What is the price target that he is looking for? It has to be below $19. Highly cryptic, no clear points, just repeat. Jim was an investor, now sounds more like storyteller, no offence intended. Takeaways: no visible replacement of U$D, US market is too high so a bear is near, Uzbekistan a place he has invested. China is the biggest economy in Asia, or the world.

      @mlangbert 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They have a non-diverse population of above-average (for the US) intelligence led by well-paid professionals who are smarter than American politicians. The average Singapore resident has an IQ that is seven points higher than the average American's.
      More importantly, small countries are less prone to corruption and mismanagement than large countries. Democratic processes are more prone to corruption the larger the country. The reason is explained by the public choice literature. A good book to start is Mancur Olson, Rise and Decline of Nations.

The debt is a market that can never be paid down without printing to the problem as grant or investment but not as more debt. Any?

    Jim says that "America is the largest debtor nation" But, my understanding is that America's debt-to-GDP is 125%, while China's is 288%. Xi thought the belt-and-road initiative was a splendid idea, he thought supporting many industries was just great, high speed rail owes almost $1 trillion, the regional governments owe on bonds underpinned by the popped housing bubble.

    Gold will crash by 50%, stock market by 80 to 95%, real estate may be 10 to 20% as its already down for past 15 to 20 years. But government bonds won't. Maximum is that government will continue the interest for longer period and extend the bonds. FD will be worse because banks and companies may claim bankruptcy and essentially nothing due to the investors. Gold after short crash but will come up fater than stock market. Stock market may be very choppy, very volatile that few weeks or months bottom and few weeks or months new top is one scenario possible this theory is from the theory of dunoing to the retail while big players sell. So when economy atarts gking up and people invest again in stock market, new top will come and big players will sell again at high rate

      I've heard the story that gold will crash for a time based on events in previous financial crisis. I've also heard that this crisis is different and a crash may not happen, and if it did it will be for a very short time when there could be few to zero sellers, after which gold will catapult much higher. No one really knows, but not holding gold and waiting to buy may be a big risk.

The gold price never going down or crash it, I want you look back from 1945 to 1971, the gold price was only $35/ounce and compared to the price right now. How much is it? $2,357.50.
