That flipkick at the end might’ve been di’able, Lea took his hands off the controller when he saw the kill screen. Still a very good and intense set to watch
think 84 percent sweetspot flipkick at the ledge is death, i agree it looked close but i think it should kill 100%, easy to test tho but i dont own a switch lmao
You can't DI during the kill screen, your DI is locked in when it starts. He might've survived with good DI but it was already too late by the time the kill screen came up.

Great set by Lea, his Greninja is so inspiring! To bad he started fishing for parries and dtilts on that final stock. Also, at 27:14 Mars crouch cancelled that downtilt, reducing his own knockback and screwing up the usmash. Otherwise I think it would be over for Mars this set!

The masks are actually useless. People wear the shitty surgical ones that have huge gaps all around them, they touch them and pull them off all the time. A lot of people wear them with their nose out. When somebody wins a big game tons of people run up and hug them, a decent amount of people hug after games, and there are hundreds of people packed in super close to each other. If you're going to wear one it has to be a well fitted N95 mask, and you have to avoid doing everything I listed. At this point they're either a political statement which is stupid, not every little thing has to be political. If it's the venue forcing you to wear masks, I get it, you gotta respect the rules of the venue owner, but if it's the TO's decision then it's just a moronic virtue signal. Sorry for the rant, it's just super annoying.

I just wanna say. ZSS kinda sucks. Doesn’t really have much she can do to press advantage against a lot of characters. And she struggles in advantage to stack up percent as quickly as a lot of top tier characters. And has kinda linear kill confirms once people are at high percents. Not saying she’s bad. She just struggles so much against a lot of characters.
Luckily greninjas out of shield is so bad anything is too much shield pressure. Realistically greninjas should take the shield button off their controller

@@macmarwick2467 you have to play him somewhat linearly, but know the mixups too, as well as general bait and punish. Lea is a little shield heavy, which has really hurt his performance. That’s something venia is much better about. Use the speed and low profile to dodge attacks, don’t shield them. Also ps2 is a better stage for greninja than smash ville or town and city. But you have to utilize greninjas strengths properly.

Dang greninja is a lot worse than I thought. He is winning neutral but getting no combos just a lot of stray hits when other characters would combo to oblivion. His advantage also looking jank

As a Greninja main, he plays the character better. Not half as much shield, much better movement. Not he still sucks at tech chasing on platforms, but most Greninjas do. I’m not trashing Lea at all, but Venia plays the character better with his strengths and not with the weaknesses. Just look at how many times Lea is being pressured in shield. Greninja has no out of shield options so you should use shield the least you can. If you need what I’m saying explained better, check out Apolotion’s Greninja guide.

Nair is -4 on shield, upair and Zair are -2 on shield, back air is -6 but insanely disjointed I think she has great shield pressure
