- THE BIGGEST SUSHI EATING CHALLENGE! This has to be impossible, it feeds 15-20 people?! No one man can eat that! Today we take on the biggest Sushi boat challenge I have ever seen! Featuring tuna sushi, salmon sushi, lobster sushi, eel sushi and many other maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi, this authentic Japanese sushi challenge was a seafood challenge, and almost a sushi all you can eat (there was literally that much food) all in one! For todays challenge at Japango in Moncton New Brunswick canada we had 1 hour to eat and complete the massive "Eat The Ark" $250 sushi boat in order to get the meal for free! The fish was very fresh and the portions were fantastic.. Definitely a must try place!

A lot of the younger owners of these restaurants get it. They know Joel is going to win but the audience this place reaches thanks to Joel is well worth it. I never understand the owners or restaurants that get mad, cheat or cut him off. I’m convinced Joel will never lose.

I work at a sushi restaurant and never get sick of it. This is the only challenge Joel has done where I feel like I'd be close to being able to finish!

First video of his I've seen, but I love how he's enjoying and experiencing the food while he's eating it and not just rushing the whole thing in order to get it done in the time limit. Definitely going to be watching his other videos! My favorite sushi was always the rainbow roll or the spicy tuna.

That sushi looks amazing! No food fatigue there! If it feeds around 20 people that's a screaming deal, considering it's less than $13 per person. We always mix our soy sauce with the wasabi. Great job hun!

Breathing is the key to eating lots of wasabi. Do NOT breathe through your nose very much, if at all.

The input of careless whisper was perfection for the salmon sashimi ❤ this is an absolutely gorgeous array of sushi. Looks absolutely too quality and so fresh. What a variety of textures and flavors. I'll have to check this place out with my 5 children I know they'd love to share this boat with their dad and I.❤
This takes me back to when I went out to dinner with a few couples, and my one friend got an insane amount of sushi, and she kept ordering! My hubs and I just looked at each other like wtf! She was gracious to share a few of her rolls. Btw, sorry I haven't watched your most recent videos, I've just been promoted to assistant manager and we are shorthanded, so I'm pulling some massive overtime. I'm so damn happy! Thank you Joel! Ohhhh my heck! I love the respect he shows the restaurant and how he not only enjoys, but describes the food. I've never tried salmon belly or any baked sushi either! We have some great places here in ND, but im willing to bet that it wasn't caught same day 😅 You're very fun to watch. Nice work!

Salmon sashimi is basically the only thing I order when I'm in the mood for sushi. It's my absolute favorite.
Absolutely love how that music is edited in when you try something you really enjoy! I kid you not, I made “Lamb Shanks with Red Wine sauce on a bed of creamy mash”, followed by “ Golden Syrup dumplings with vanilla ice cream” the other week. My number one favourite winter dish here in Tasmania, Australia. After each bite of the entire meal, I swear that song played on loop the whole meal! 😂 😂
As much as he can absolutely DESTROY on every single challenge I honestly don’t know how he’s not HUGE.. he must work out like a mad man and only do these challenges once a week or something. Insane. I’ve never seen ANYONE demolish food challenges like you bro!! Amazing . The 2 350 dollar lobster rolls and the 500 buck prize absolutely amazed me, and the 9lb sushi 🍣 challenge were the first two I ever saw and man.. you’re impressive as hell, and even more so, you ENJOY what you’re eating you’re not just shoving it down your throat just to win, you have impeccable manners and are so polite and idk man I just really dig the way you present yourself and how you are respectful to the food the restaurant and the chefs let alone the exposure you give these wonderful eateries . Great vids my man!!

Hi, Joel. Every time I watch one of your videos, I’m humbled by how casually and effortlessly you eliminate the food in front of you. Then again, every once in a while there are episodes where I feel I could easily do it myself; perhaps not as easily or quickly as you, but I could definitely finish it. This sushi challenge is one of those episodes, right along with the lobster roll eating in Florida where the owner promised to give you $500 … this definitely should not be a problem for you. Let the good times roll…

You’re supposed to eat sushi then a piece of Kim Chee. It’s not meant to be eaten like a salad, all at once. That’s when you’re supposed to compliment the sushi with Kim Chee.

Why is sushi so expensive?
They go to inspect it make sure there's no parasites and also finding top grade fish to serve for the sushi.. And the way of making it itself is truly an art! I don't mind paying slot for sushi its so gooood!!!
