DJI Ronin-MX and Sony A7Riii Pan Motor noise

Ronin MX and Sony A7Riii vibration noise from Pan motor when camera powered on. when camera turns off, noise goes away.

I have the same issue with a ronin s and a7r3. I guess I'll be returning it.

Lower the motor pan number in app

Just a heads up I was also able to get the MX to get "better" but it took a lot of playing around with settings and deadband and so on. Also the heaver the payload the better. When I put my GMaster 16-35MM lense on there I don't have issues. It seems that the lighter the load the more of that noise that comes through. Also with my 85MM lens I don't have as many issues with that noise.
I also did start using a wireless Mic so I don't pickup the noise from an onboard mic so at least it's usable in the state it's in. I'm just always a bit worried that I'm going to ruin a motor when it starts in with this.

Same problem with Ronin M and Sony A7III trying to find a way to fix it :/

Xin Rain as I got better balance as well as turning some of the control numbers down a bit it seems better.

@@jasonfideler1927 I got mine fixed, no more noises by just tuning the Ronin M with the Ronin Gimbal Assistant software and connected through the dji usb cable.
