PNGDF will serve well, should, god forbid, the country become occupied. Its duty to extract a high toll in hit and run ops. I hold a view, that PNGDF should have a rotational force into AUS, NZ for ongoing training and experience. I'd like PNDF to experience mechanized force ops; the Abrams etc. It is similarly appropriate for the ongoing US & PNGDF training and interaction to continue. (US Marine Cops do have a couple of PNG'eans serving). PNG would do well to seek and attract its youngest and brightest for service into cyber warfare, the best of the best of these candidates could have the opportunity to join or collaborate with the US Space force on issues developing.

PNGDF simply Aid the West Papua (OPM) rebels with ammunition and they will protect the border against Indonesia.
