Every other show: Doctors running around desperately trying to save their patients. House: Patient in danger, cuts to House shooting himself up with god knows what.🤣🤣🤣
In the cheerleader breaks neck clip @7:20 the doctor plays the role pretty well. His calm, composed, straightforward delivery is what I want to hear from my doctor if my daughter experienced a CNS injury.
I never understand why mothers get so upset when doctors report back the results for an injury on their child. That doctor had a point about if the paramedics didn't come on time to help the young cheerleader and brought in the hospital, she could've d/ed on the spot. That episode was very questionable to me. But I enjoyed these shows alot.
Sadly, it's common for parents to react this way. Emotional trauma from nearly losing their child and having to care for their paralyzed child is very real.
what I don't understand about the second clip is why the paramedic had to call that doctor? Like, she's in charge on scene and it's her call on what to do. She should have spent more time working on the patient instead of wasting time on the phone. And the mom getting upset at the doctor? What, would she rather they did nothing? Would she rather watch her daughter die? She should be grateful for them keeping her daughter alive. She has no business being such a rude cow about it
So that’s called medical control, we have to report to them because they have a doctor on the line 24/7 and they tell us what we can and can’t do. They may want us to hold off on something until it gets to the hospital because of xyz, or say we give medication, we may be able to give more with approval from doctor. Hope that helps
Moms in pain from their kids getting hurt tend to hit out at everyone causing so much more drama than is helpful. If she brings a lawsuit it's going to waste an ungodly amount of time for everyone.
8:25 So I got curious and looked up what spinal shock was and I got confused Spinal shock is usually a temporary condition causing temporary paralysis below the injury But she suddenly said she was in spinal shock and suddenly needed neurosurgery despite clearly presenting already at least seemingly in spinal shock Pretty sure she has paraplegia not spinal shock considering what was actually shown when doctor declared spinal shock
@@Noubei average respiratory rate for someone with a healthy respiratory system is between 10-20 breaths per minute. I think the bagging was more likely because her respiration and more importantly her O2 stat were dropping. Respirations are measured by sight, O2 stat is measured by pulse oximeter, which can tell the actual percentage of oxygen in the blood. Counting respirations is good and all and perfectly adequate for a doctor's office for a routine visit. Not so much on the scene of a neck injury where the airway is compromised and the patient is unconscious - and therefore unable to regulate her own breathing by forcing in larger breaths through a partially closed airway.
Everything we do is our choice. You should know the dangers of our actions. Don’t keep others responsible for our decision. You wanna jump? Think very carefully
The fact that the mother almost lost her daughter and she's already talking about lawyers and suing weird. I've been in her shoes my daughter almost dying because of a fall and a tbi. That was the last thing on my mind was looking for somebody to sue Jesus Christ

The thing with the soy sauce is not a lot of ppl realize how so much sodium can kill you with in just a few hours.
Where’s the cheerleaders spotters?! That injury couldve been easily avoided if they had at least one spotter.
Right exactly what I was thinking 💁

Coz it is just to hard for them to loose their children
It's a big emotional trauma, I think reacting that way is still in the range of normal.
The fact they'll have no quality of life and be alive that's all.
Sadly, it's common for parents to react this way. Emotional trauma from nearly losing their child and having to care for their paralyzed child is very real.
@@SonicGamerGirl2006i couldn’t imagine the grief of having it happen
Corbin bleu! I just met him and he’s so incredibly nice!
THATS SO COOL! he seems like a cool guy so, i bet he’s really nice irl
@@hearts4pinkie_ur pfp is adorable!!!
make a part 2 of this and please include chicago fire paramedic scenes!
I feel like waving a camera crew around an emergency room has to be violating something
HIPPA probably since it's exposing patient privacy
Correct it is. Violates HIPPA violation exposing patient information as well as probably some other issues
It's fake
Y’all now this is jst a show smh slow
@@michellepowell8551 I know
I hope the first story shows how important it is to just tell the medical team what you’re on. They don’t wanna narc, they wanna SAVE YOU.
The first clip was the same as a subject of a Chubby Emu case review
Probably similar/same patient
Aren't his cases only hypothetical?
@DarkButz Chubbyemu uses actors to recreate scenes from real life medical cases.
Rotten Mango has an episode covering the real life case, be warned it’s not for the faint of heart. For those curious, look up Frat pledge 48 hours.
Ah, yes. The good old chubby emu. One of my favorites.
13:33 I love how is mf is so chill about everything 😭
Had a migraine
He came here to get medical treatment and not be treated as a suspect
I love shows like these
Man, the poor guys eyes
“Osama bin Laden” had me weak
4:17 kelly severide is that you???
I was going to say the same thing
I just looked at the time on my computer.. 4:17 AM...
21:46 GUY: hanging on the seat belt
PARAMEDIC: " dont worry, hang in there"
😂😂😂😂😂
shooting up during the workday is crazy
I love the videoss
Chest compressions looked so good in the first scene
they were way too fast, that actually ended up bothering me lol
It was good, very realistic but too fast. And they shocked a flat line, too bad 😕
I love watching Chicago fire and Chicago pd and Chicago med on the TH-cam channel app and the spectrum tv app
Someone paid you to type this
The maggots looked more like meal worms.

They likely are, easier for film crew

Isn't patient in the girlfriend series, a doctor in one md drama too?

The way she fell wasn’t even a neck injury. More like a concussion. Don’t take it too seriously. These shows barely consult with actual doctors.
House is my favourite 😂
Pena que não tem tradução em português 😢😢
Taylor Kinney is still my favorite
We have a red flag coming medical treatment urgently
lol I’m offended you bag a patient who’s respiratory rate is 12bpm
Tell me more please 😬
