    Thank you so much for showing how to line up wonky blocks and how to cut the sashing strips. I've never been able to get that right. Cute quilt for a little girl or boy, just depends on the fabric you use. I would probably change the flowers to something else for a boy but I think kids would love this. I know my granddaughter and grandson would love it.

    Hi Laura - I love this whimsical quilt pattern. I’ve never made a quilt but I think this pattern will be my first ever quilt. I’ve quilted purses and totes and small things but never a quilt. Been wanting to make one and this is the first one that speaks to my heart. I just love it.
    Thank your for sharing. Yay!💕
    PS - I’m sure I will be referring back to this video a lot when I find the time to make it. Thank you for the clear instructions. You are the best. Just love listening to you. 💕☀️🌸

    Hello - I have an eight year old great-niece as well as a six year old great-niece who would love this quite (in different color ways, of course LOL.) I even think their 4 year old brother would love the quilt in more boy colors, minus the flowers. He's a little "farm" boy and I can envision these wonky little squares with tractors and farm theme. Thanks for being you! Best wishes to you and yours for continued happiness and safety. One of your most loyal Minnesota subscribers!

    Laura, I am a mask maker (and a big fan of yours!). Have you any ideas about using tiny scraps from mask off cuts? I am already putting aside scraps big enough to make your scrap quilt but wondered if you had any other ideas for strangely shaped off cuts? By the way I have made your scrap quilt and backed it with soft fleece: my winter ‘blankly’ and guaranteed to make me fall off to sleep. Keep up your great work!

      Look up crumb blocks. I love to save small scraps, sew them together however they fit, and then cut into squares. Extra fabric made by you!

    Fantastic tutorial as per usual but.... this quilt is not for me. I love symmetry

    • @Stoffmonster467
      @Stoffmonster467 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Me, too, but it's a great pattern for ugly or not really equal or fitting colours and designs of fabric scraps.
      If you skip the wonky part it is symmetrical - and faster😊
