@@anythingforselenas806 sure. But as a mother the instinct to protect your children HAS to come above your desire to trust your mom. Her mom proved herself to be untrustworthy, sadly. I almost lost my daughter. By the grace of God, she is still here and she recovered, living a normal life though she still has challenges. That experience changes you profoundly as a mother I am super vigilant with her, after what she went through. Im not saying she shouldnt have forgiven her mom. Or kept the second child away from her grandmother. Let them have family get togethers / visits. But under no circumstances should an INFANT have been left alone and unsupervised with her. Perhaps an older child, like 10-12 after years of mom proving herself competent. Not a helpless baby. So tragic.
Mother’s acting skills suck . She states she was “already distanced from her family” , yet wants her Mother to babysit while she gets her hair done. So it was ok to inconvenience her Mother by taking baby to the restaurant, but it wasn’t ok to take her own child with her to get her hair done. But she states they were distanced , she doesn’t go get baby or call to check on baby . Plus the Aunt left the scene even though she may have been needed to help with CPR , in other words she immediately started distancing herself before the police arrived . She used her child as an excuse to leave .Entire family acts odd.

They way she was so flippant and light hearted on the stand sickens me. Even if your heart is not breaking anymore, how dare you smile. Both mom and grandpa should've been charged with child neglect.
With the loss of her first child in her mother's care how could she leave an infant with her. She was late to pick her up and didn't call to check on her. These parents share responsibility in this situation. The parents should face charges. This is not justice for this baby. Shameful.
@@shawnmarshall2995100% agree! She’s going on about how her first child died in her care & they need to reinvestigate that case? Yet, she chose to have her mom pick up her daughter from her work so she can have her hair done? Unfortunately, there’s Many cases where parents leave a child in the car cuz their routine is changed. This is such a tragic loss but grandmother is not the only one to b blamed.
Everyone grieves differently. How dare you judge her, she may be medicated. Thats how I got through my grief not that it's your business. She probably prayed for healing. You are a vile person.
The 1st death, Grand ma and Grand pa were home. Grandma took her meds and went to sleep for a nap, Grandpa decided to leave without telling Grandma or waking her up. So that case is Grandpas case. I would not ever leave a baby alone while someone is sleeping and took meds and just walk out. 2. URI poor baby, her mother should be ashamed of herself. It seems that both daughters were having their kids with grandma a heck of a lot. To the point she had a room equipped with supplies for them. She just had the granddaughter for 4 days the week prior. And the family knew she was on meds, if she really felt that Mom was responsible for her sons death that makes it is blatantly neglect to put your daughter in the care of someone that you knew was not fully capable mentally, on meds, to the point the possibly let your son pass away. This Grandma should not be the family caretaker dump for when you feel like checking out from being a parent knowing she’s not fully capable. I have no doubt that both incidents were accidental, but the responsibility falls upon the parents to make sure they are leaving g their children in capable hands. The daughter seems not so distraught, more so getting off on the attention of the case and pushing her Mom to be the sacrificial lamb. Disgusted personally with the case knowing the facts of it that the daughter takes no responsibility and would be ok with her mother being in prison for the rest of her life, when really if that’s so then she should just as well be with her.
Wow!!! Thank you ! That tells the whole story. I felt the same way. She seemed to have those grandkids a lot! She loves the spotlight and not one tear for those babies. Just flipping her hair like she is a beauty queen. I am quite disgusted with the daughter.
Thank you for the whole story. The mother knew gramma was taking meds and probably shouldn't have even been driving. Why is it that people have kids and just drop them off at grammas house. Their children are their responsibility. She was taking medications that zonked her out easily. And these two still kept taking the children there to be babysat? No common sense. Look after your own kids and forget about your hair appointmemts.
Yes seriously, maybe learn her lesson from the first incident and hire a trained professional nanny or babysitter. She owns her own business but didn’t hire one. I worked 3 jobs to pay for nannies for 3 my girls under 4 years old! Parents should be held accountable l.

People don't know about this case only what we saw in trial grandma kept her drugs secret from her kids so it was a shock to the mother of these babies people need to learn the facts before calling these parents.
@blaisek-h1880 yes, the mother should be held accountable for not finding a better babysitter. Would she return her dog to a groomer that hurt it? Probably not, so why allow grandma to watch another kid?

I have a feeling after this they will certainly be having lots of DCF visits. Since they now have another child. A 5 month old daughter. Something is way off with these people!
It is very annoying how she's blaming only her mother when she's the one that let her watch her baby even after the first death. Smh I do believe the grandma should be held accountable but the mom needs to take some responsibility for her choices too.
Seems like the daughter and husband should take some of the responsibility they let their daughter go and stay with her mom even after their son died in her care. It takes years to build trust and minutes to break it down.
She made me so mad with her entitled attitude towards her mother. She calls her mother with absolutely no advance warning to keep her daughter for a “hair appointment “ even though she knew her mother was supposed to be busy all day long. And that must have been some hair appointment since she didn’t even call to check on her child by 5 pm. Six hours for a hair appointment??
WHY LET HER WATCH YOUR DAUGHTER if you already felt she was responsible for your son’s death???It’s not like she kidnapped your daughter!!!! You ASKED her to watch your daughter several days a week!! Sympathy goes only for the children who died!!!
My same exact thought After learning about granny's massive drug habit you have to know that this daughter knew about that as well I know what my mother was taking and my daughter knows what I'm on then to leave a second child in her care
So, cold 🥶 couldn’t see a Latino acting like this. She looks more worried about getting her pumpkin pics latte from Starbucks than what happens to her children.
This does not pass the smell test. If the 1st child died in her care, why was the 2nd child entrusted to her care? These two parents do not seem like grieving parents at all.
Even if the first child's passing was ruled accidental, *I* could never allow someone else watch my child especially for something like a hair appointment. In her own testimony, she said she had taken her daughter to other hair appointments.
I lost my son 5 years ago. My son was 31 years old and I can't speak about him without falling apart. The mom rubs me the wrong way. There's no pain in her voice. It could be that everyone grieves differently or she loves the attention. She speaks like a "as a matter of fact" type of way. God has those two babies now 🙏

I guess everyone grieves differently but I don't even think I could make ot through any interview. She lost one baby and these two sisters were using gramma as a babysitting dumping groumd. She already brought up a family and now I hear she had one child for 4 days in a row before. She was medicated and perhaps this is why she had problems needing a nap. Not to forget some medications can cause memory problems. This mother is just as responsible for leaving her child with gramma who was having whatever medical issues and already had one child die. Something is very off with th8s whole family dynamic and the lack of emotion shown.
If they have another trial for the death of her son, the defense attorney will surely ask her if she believed her Mother caused his death then why on earth would she leave her baby girl in her care???
Daughter is an idiot! She has been waiting for the mother to be held accountable for her but, but yet she allowed her daughter to be in her care! What’s really the truth?
I have 6 grandchildren, my motto is "no grandchild of mine will choke, get run over, abducted or drown... or left in a car, ON MY WATCH. They are now 4,5,8,10,12 and 14 :) My heart breaks for this family, but something is not right with the grandmother, either she has some form of dementia or something. If I had a grandchild die on my watch I would be so traumatized I don't think I could ever watch one again.
I feel for them. But why would they leave their baby girl with her after Baby Ezra's death? The grandmother is clearly unfit to care for an egg, let alone a baby. Smh

I don't understand this woman 😮why did she give her child again to her mother who had mistakenly gotten her son killed. I feel remorse and empathy for the poor children who died too early may they rest in peace 🙏
I don't buy her outrage at this point. After her son drowned in her mother's care, she wasn't concerned over her mother being a good sitter.. she took advantage of childcare whenever she could. Sounds like she used mom a lot, so she could have a break.
All for a damn hair appointment? I hope her 3 strands of hair were worth it. She’s talking about her TWO deceased children like she’s describing a hard day at work. I’d be absolutely hysterical. What a weirdo she is
First off, stop having kids! Second off, during verdict it seemed like she was shocked her mother was going to jail, and I thought she was on her mother's side. I guess not, but, still, why would you give your child to your mother after one of your children died on her watch? I wouldn't do that with a pet. And lastly, just watched her sister chewing gum on the stand in court. Really? This family needs to be fixed.
2 babies dead I would be on my knees with grief these parents seem to be competing for interview space “we advocate for our children” then why leave a 2nd baby with grandparents who are obviously unfit to care. My heart breaks for those little ones.
The mother should of been charged. I mean she just said that that grandmother already had been responsible for the death of another child by drowning so why on earth would you leave your other baby alone with her after she already proved she couldn't b ed trusted I mean where was the mother too busy drinking & taking drugs.......
As a former drug addict that's been clean almost 9 years I can tell you these two parents are both drug users that's why im guessing they were not taking care of their children in the first place. It's obvious to me they are both drug users that had no business having children in the first place. Although I'm clean now I'm grateful I never had kids to expose them to my lifestyle at the time. Those two have a real hide coming on camera playing the victims. As both their children would still be alive if they had been doing what they should of been doing as parents instead they dump the kids with the grandma so they can go use drugs & drink they are far more responsible in my eyes than the grandma
Yes that would make more sense. Not judging anyone with addiction but important especially if the Mom was actively using. I can understand more if that's the case. I never thought about that as a possibility until I read your post. I just learned they have a new baby at home....wow
These are the weirdest parents i've ever seen they keep giving birth and giving the child to the stupid negligent grandparents who murder the children. And they're standing here and acting like they lost a cat or something, it's very weird and is it just me, or does the mom look like she's on something
The grandmother had medical problems and was on meds, which can affect you cognitively, the daughter was still pressuring her babysit and dumping kids off on her regardless of her declining health and regardless of already having 1 child die due to grandmas falling asleep after taking her meds. Mom knew grandma shouldn't be babysitting, her freedom was more important IMO
So the Mother wants justice for the first child’s demise yet takes another child to the same person to care for . If the daughter even suspected the grandmother of neglect of the first child she should be held accountable for leaving another child with the same person . Common sense . Why why why Mother would you leave another child ?
@ Not at all and I think you know what I mean. My mother and father became grandparents at an early age and they still had the ability to be responsible for children but they were not free babysitters. They loved their grandchildren and spent plenty of time with them but had a life because they were young but the time did come when we had to question their abilities and we did. Things change. People get older and the moms and dads responsible for these children have to evaluate that and make good decisions. After one death, I would be questioning abilities.
Mrs. Shock needs to go be silent, she is culpable as well. She should be glad she is not in jail as well. She has no motherly instincts and already replaced Uriel with a child with an almost identical name. You did Ezra no justice by letting her keep Uriel, Mrs Shock, so thats on YOU!!!! And if you thought she needed to be held accountable for him, why did you sacrifice her daughter to her!!!!!!
The grandmother did wrong and will have to live with that the rest of her life. With that being said I understand you want to trust your mom to keep your child. On that day the grandmother was not prepared mentally to keep the child. As older people get they get in a routine and when that routine gets altered they can become confused. The grandmother seemed to have a lot going on that day. Roofers at the house could they have distracted her maybe? Then she had the other grandson coming over for a fun night out her mind was on that. She knew what she had to do that day but when this daughter called she said sure I will keep her. Now my question if hair took 75 min why leave the child in her care all day. The salon was close to where they ate so why not pick her up once you are done or have your mom drop her off at salon. Why no text/call checking to see if they had gotten home, if mom had fed her, changed her. If an accident happened where my other child died in the care of my mother you better bet I am going to be wanting updates. I am going to want to make sure my child is good. This mother gets hair done and then goes home to clean house and start dinner. Why leave this child for a long period of time when you know what happened before. Dad was at the house mowing why not call him and say hey when mom gets home can u just check and make sure all is good. I think the mother could have been more attentive. Not saying what the grandmother did was right but look at the whole picture. Very sad that this family has been torn apart with these tragedies.

Mom needs to take some accountability as well for entrusting her mom again. One should learn from their mistakes.
Agreed!!!!
“Mom AND Dad”
@jmac2757 Yes.
I lost my son many many years ago. Even now I could not stand and talk with a smirk on my face . I would and still would be in tears.I could never ever place my child with someone where this happened to another child a year earlier. Something is very wrong with this whole situation.
Shameful.
In the first place 😮😢
@@shawnmarshall2995100% agree! She’s going on about how her first child died in her care & they need to reinvestigate that case? Yet, she chose to have her mom pick up her daughter from her work so she can have her hair done? Unfortunately, there’s Many cases where parents leave a child in the car cuz their routine is changed. This is such a tragic loss but grandmother is not the only one to b blamed.
Everyone grieves differently. How dare you judge her, she may be medicated. Thats how I got through my grief not that it's your business. She probably prayed for healing. You are a vile person.
Why did you leave your daughter with her after what happened to your son?
Exactly! It's weird the grandpa wasn't charged for Ezra's death.
Wow!!!
@@Srarlight1212or take the kid to the appt. She said that’s what she usually did but she “wanted to do something for herself that day”

If she was worried about what happened Ezra then why did she allow her mother to keep the baby girl?!?!?!?
@@Rene-n1v denial? It makes no sense to me. I

The child’s parents need to be held accountable as well. Despicable.
Yes seriously, maybe learn her lesson from the first incident and hire a trained professional nanny or babysitter. She owns her own business but didn’t hire one. I worked 3 jobs to pay for nannies for 3 my girls under 4 years old! Parents should be held accountable l.
I can understand why she gave her mom a chance to be a good grandmother. The parents are not responsible.
I agree.... makes me wonder about the mother of the children sorry to say....
@@michelletryon8414Gave her mom a chance? Wow we see it differently. I think she gave herself a chance to go to the hairdresser. Mom had a life. Bible study, lunch with friends, piano playing. She taught for years and it was her turn to do her thing and this selfish daughter who can’t even be responsible enough to get a hair appointment in her calendar wants to use her for free babysitting. Oh thanks for the chance, daughter. Her worst crime was not saying NO!
mom still hasn’t missed a hair dye appointment.
She needs to be arrested and arraigned for neglect for leaving another child with her mother after one died in her care. Her speech is ridiculous.
Daughter’s not right either
Strange, strange family
What a woman if she knew her mother could not be trusted then why would you leave your child with her??? It does not make any sense to me why she shouldn't burden some of responsibility. Be a responsible parent of children because children are precious 🙏🙏🙏
Maybe growth? Second chance? 1st one could have been an accident. Not this one!
People don't know about this case only what we saw in trial grandma kept her drugs secret from her kids so it was a shock to the mother of these babies people need to learn the facts before calling these parents.
If I had a grandchild die in my care the guilt would have destroyed me, I would have refused to care for any others 😢
I would have taken my own life, it would be too unbearable.
Why would she leave a second child with the Mom then. SHE IS JUST AS GUILY AS THE MOM .
Because it was her Mom, and she believed it, as it was ruled, accidental.
Don't throw shade on the kids' mama.
100 percent my opinion as well
@@WarriorLoriI will throw shade. It’s called common sense.
Very strange
You should be ashamed letting your mother watch your daughter, after you had a son who died in her care.
She doesn't care. She wants no blame on her when her greed led her to take free service instead of using a responsible sitter
This is not a win!
I am confused why if a child drowned in gm care and they let gm take care of second child...

VERY off!
Very uncomfortable...
It is very annoying how she's blaming only her mother when she's the one that let her watch her baby even after the first death. Smh I do believe the grandma should be held accountable but the mom needs to take some responsibility for her choices too.
Absolutely!
They know they are just as responsible. Deflecting!
Where is her accountability for leaving a second child with her after the first one died?
Both parents are guilty.
she says “ we advocate for our children“,…
then why did you let a killer babysit your child?
Seems like the daughter and husband should take some of the responsibility they let their daughter go and stay with her mom even after their son died in her care. It takes years to build trust and minutes to break it down.
They were looking for free babysitting!
These two parents do not know what shameful means. You were responsible to look after your own child/children, not someone else’s.
@@sjs-stev something is very wrong
WHY LET HER WATCH YOUR DAUGHTER if you already felt she was responsible for your son’s death???It’s not like she kidnapped your daughter!!!! You ASKED her to watch your daughter several days a week!! Sympathy goes only for the children who died!!!
Very strange reaction considering after the drowning she was fine with leaving uri in her care care.
So why take a second child for her to care for just to end up with the same result you’re just as guilty as she is for child neglect.
That’s not helpful!
Thats exactly what I was wondering
My same exact thought
After learning about granny's massive drug habit you have to know that this daughter knew about that as well I know what my mother was taking and my daughter knows what I'm on then to leave a second child in her care
I agree. After the first time. Hell nooo

Why would you even say that ? You don’t know . That’s messed up what you said
Seriously makes no sense why this woman gave her Mother a second opportunity to look after another child!!! 🤯. No words.
This does not pass the smell test. If the 1st child died in her care, why was the 2nd child entrusted to her care? These two parents do not seem like grieving parents at all.
very odd behavoir from start to finish, from the parents and the grandparents
Even if the first child's passing was ruled accidental, *I* could never allow someone else watch my child especially for something like a hair appointment. In her own testimony, she said she had taken her daughter to other hair appointments.
The Mom loves talking with the press. These two are ridiculous.
Her hair color is on point though ☝🏼
Agreed. All three are so weird
I lost my son 5 years ago. My son was 31 years old and I can't speak about him without falling apart. The mom rubs me the wrong way. There's no pain in her voice. It could be that everyone grieves differently or she loves the attention. She speaks like a "as a matter of fact" type of way. God has those two babies now 🙏
@@esterquinonez7187 I lost my son at the same age in September 24. I cannot make it through a day without tears. When someone brings him up I can hardly breathe let alone speak. So sorry for your loss. It is a pain that hits so deep in the heart and soul.
I am having a hard time watching this woman. She shows no emotion.
This seems quite strange. You lost one child who drowned then left another child with her?
But you know... How on earth did the grandma agree to babysit a second child if the first one passed while in her care?
Sorry, your mother had already been in charge of one of your children. Look what happened, yet you were happy to leave your seven month old?
Daughter is an idiot! She has been waiting for the mother to be held accountable for her but, but yet she allowed her daughter to be in her care! What’s really the truth?
The truth is she wanted free babysitting while she got her hair done. That’s the truth.
I wonder what the mother daughter relationship was like before?
Probably fine, since she let her mother repeatedly babysit after the 1st child's death.
Smh
They didn't want to pay a sitter
They should be the ones charged
stop talking - and stop posting on your fb account about the case. You should have never allowed
your mom to watch your daughter after losing your son.
Apparently free service was worth the risk to her. Then took 0 accountability for her neglect
Why in the world would the mother EVER leave and trust Tracy with another one of her kids after son was killed in her care ??
I don't understand this woman 😮why did she give her child again to her mother who had mistakenly gotten her son killed. I feel remorse and empathy for the poor children who died too early may they rest in peace 🙏
Why in hell would they leave their daughter w/ her after a recent case of death of a grandchild?
This is BS that two of her children are lost to her own mother. Not justice.
I don't buy her outrage at this point. After her son drowned in her mother's care, she wasn't concerned over her mother being a good sitter.. she took advantage of childcare whenever she could. Sounds like she used mom a lot, so she could have a break.
You are accountable and why did you leave your child with her again?????
Why in the world did you trust your child to her care when you’d already lost one? You have culpability,
WHY on earth did she allow her mom to watch her kids?! 😐 Hire a babysitter who can actually watch the children properly. This is crazy!!!
Let me get this straight. She killed your first child and then you TOOK YOUR DAUGHTER THERE ANYWAY? You need accountability too.
Let the dad speak momma
Mama loves the camera. You know, that good hair and all.
All for a damn hair appointment? I hope her 3 strands of hair were worth it. She’s talking about her TWO deceased children like she’s describing a hard day at work. I’d be absolutely hysterical. What a weirdo she is
Stupid question. Why would she ever entrust her mother to take care of another child if the first one drowned in her care?
Yes! Maybe mama’s not okay. Don’t want to take a chance. It is MY child after all and mama’s not a babysitter, but a grandmother.
Where’s HER accountability??? What a hypocrite and poor excuse for a “mother”.
WHAT! Why would anybody leave their infant with a neglectful grandmother one child accident but two children sick
Well why would she put her baby in her mothers care if her son died with her mother?? Now that is not sdding up.
2 babies dead I would be on my knees with grief these parents seem to be competing for interview space “we advocate for our children” then why leave a 2nd baby with grandparents who are obviously unfit to care. My heart breaks for those little ones.
Your fault as well. Take accountability. Your second child died because you took a risk because you was being selfish.
They were never convicted of murder.
Seriously, the parents should be banned from having and making anymore kids because the grandmother almost went to prison because of this.
Murder???
Did you ever think that maybe the mother is on a medication that is legally prescribed to help her deal with the grief of losing both children?
You left your child/children with old people TWICE. Grandparents should get to visit not babysit. Quit being cheap with childcare.
I was a grandmother at 40. Is that old?
@ Not at all and I think you know what I mean. My mother and father became grandparents at an early age and they still had the ability to be responsible for children but they were not free babysitters. They loved their grandchildren and spent plenty of time with them but had a life because they were young but the time did come when we had to question their abilities and we did. Things change. People get older and the moms and dads responsible for these children have to evaluate that and make good decisions. After one death, I would be questioning abilities.
Not all grandparents are old or incapable of caring for children.
Where is the MOTHERS ACCOUNTABILITY???????????
I don’t understand why she would even leave her daughter with her mother, after her son’s death.
Well WHY did she leave another child with her????? Something's not right here.
If one kid died in your mom's care, why in the hell would YOU allow her to watch another child of yours. That's insane
Well if she was prosecuted for your son then you wouldn’t have had her to leave your daughter with. This woman is a victim but a very unlikable victim
But you left the baby with her again after another child died in her care please help me make that make damm sense
