I’ve just been given this model of machine. Can you tell me if it. Is a semi industrial and what its capable of sewing . It came with no manuals any assistance is much appreciated

There is no such thing as a “semi-industrial” sewing machine, it’s just a term some sellers use to make a machine sound better than it is, there are domestic machines and there are industrial machines.

Im a beginner and I think I have the same brand of sewing machine as you
But mine does not sew like that
Everytime the material will either get sucked into the bottom hole of the machine and get stuck
And I can’t bring the needle up I have to take it apart.
Or the thread gets tangled
It just never sews smoothly
I can get two or three good stitches out of it sometimes though
But in a matter of 10 seconds something will go wrong
I got no clue how to remedy it
