I’ve loved this band since the 90’s and it’s now 2023 and they’re still heavy in my playlist. She was the perfect choice to front this band. She adds her own unique flavor and not only because she’s so damn gorgeous.

unbelievable that this was 23 yrs ago. this was the first album i ever bought. i was still spending allowance then. must've listened to this song a million times on repeat. i haven't thought about this song for years, but listening now, i love it as much as i ever did. this is an absolutely amazing version too. love the extended outro, love the lyric changes, love how every last one of them is 💯for this magical performance.
EPIC seems too small a word. The emotional authority here is absolute, and this track, to listen to, to dance to, to play guitar and sing to, it always just moves me to tears. This version hits so hard, so deep. Love how Shirley covers the rhythm guitar (on the axe Courtney Love gave her) to allow her guitarist to give us that glorious outro solo. I will never not be in love with this song - it's been twenty five years already.

They had given a very fine show the night before at Metropolis in Montreal, which I attended, I was blessed. Best sounding live show I've heard in my life, and I heard a lot. It sounded exactly like that. last song they played on the set. Fantastic!
