Thexder was developed by GAME ARTS and has been ported to many devices. Among them, the porter of MSX is the Compile introduced in this video. Birdie Try was released on VHD, which is similar to laserdisc. It used live-action footage, like laserdisc games.

I used a cartridge that allows psg and fm sound sources to be output as MIDI signals. The sound of the MIDI module close to the psg and fm sound sources is added.
