you're right but also as another woman in her mid 20s, whose been through several relationships and many many dates, and stayed voluntarily celebate and tried the fun HU culture, and learned everything about myself and what I want or like or even will tolerate in your life, and having been through my healing phase, it's actually quite easy to figure out if someone's the right one or not within the first 2-3 meetings, and that's being generous usually it's quicker lmao !! I'm sure you don't find out the entire future of your relationship with them but you find out majority of what is needed !!

You don’t even know what’s out there, offcourse you can’t see through people because you literally choose one person as a teenager and stayed with them and that’s it!! The sample size is way to small for you to make any judgements!! I’m not saying people aren’t different when you live with them, I’m saying once you’ve been w/ enough people you can predict what behaviours they’d have when you do live together

In my relationship we did actually take a 2yr break in our 20s when we felt we might have outgrown each other, we dated other people and eventually found our way back to each other, so yes, I know what’s out there, I wouldn’t give anyone advice without knowing what I’m talking about. I have been living alone for over 5 years but I also have been in a LTR my gf stays with me on weekends or I stay with her. We live on opposite sides of the state and it works out great for us. We both have apartments and own our places.
