- Merry Christmas! In the tutorial I’m demonstrating how to create a stunning necklace with a Rose Cut Ruby Zoisite cabochon & faceted micro gemstone beads using 21 gauge gold plated square & 1/2 round copper wire as well as 28 gauge gold plated wire.

Thank you so much! Are you a July (Ruby) baby or January (garnet) baby? My eldest son is January 27th & my daughter-in-law is July 24th so I’m familiar with both stones! Now that you mention Garnet I believe that’s what the micro beads are….DUH hahaha I was having a brain fart 🤣
I just love this rose cut on top of the fact that it’s fluorescent, it makes this stone all the more Special! 🙏😊🩷

Ah thx very much! This wrap isn’t complicated at all & relatively simple to a lot of more experienced wire wrappers! 🤣🤣🤣 But I do prefer more simplistic designs as you’ve probably noticed! I want the stone to be the main focus! See you next year! 😁

Oh I forgot I use a wooden ring holder to hold my square and half round wire together to keep it from twisting out of place. Because I’m a Hugh mess trying to wire wrap…Big 🤗, Michelle
Good idea! 🤣🤣🤣 I’m pretty good about my wire so I must be anal retentive 🤪 it’s the 1/2 round that can go wonky very quickly when wrapping if you’re not paying attention!
