Sleeping 3 to 5 hours a day. So really needed this vid. “What if there’s something wrong with my body”. Is the most profound one. “What if i will have to keep my sleeping meds for ever.” (Which i just quit)
If I can manage to go to the gym but I suffer a lot the day after it with fatigue. Should I keep pushing myself to go if I can, and just sleep for a few hours after? I thought I was making myself worse by going but after watching your videos I see that this is only a symptom & I am feeling way less scared of it now 🙏🙏😊
This is exactly what I do. I try not to think about the consequences before exercise or other activity, but when the increase of symptoms comes I calm myself down, reminding myself that I haven't made anything worse (only better despite symptoms) and there is nothing to fear. [Get examined by a doctor first!]
Thank you for the info..I have been to the doctor several visits and everything/ all bloods ect is perfect. This has only come on me 8 weeks ago at end of quarantine so not too long. I watched some of your previous videos yesterday about affirming to yourself that you are safe upon waking and while going to sleep. I did this upon waking this morning and my anxiety/fear while waking up totally went away from doing this. 🙏😊
Do you also get dizziness/heaviness/brain fog during the workout too? I do and I try to calm myself down but there is something in the back of my mind wondering if this is unique to me and others might not have this and I might have some undiagnosed disease
Heaviness during, slight dizziness/brain fog after and just this general malaise. But the more I'm able to let the worry go, the more it all diminishes. I think looking for someone with EXACTLY the same symptom patterns is reasonable, but also a way to deal with anxiety about uncertainty.
Thanks for doing this video
This us such a great video 🙏🦄🤩 so on point and totally relate to everything you've said, your totally right 🙌
Thank you so much. exactly what I needed to hear today.

Greetings from California man!
Keep these videos coming through.
Started this process earlier in the year pre-COVID pandemic, ups and downs

But this requires effort so don't overdo it. Some days I just give myself a break. Try to avoid all or nothing type attitudes.
