Miami Dade animal services is the absolute worst.The only way is to find a reputable,trusted rescue.Too many people think the shelters actually take care of animals.Please research this.Animals are given a few days and killed,even mothers with newborns.Taxes pay them to control animals,not help them.

I know what this is like. Several years ago we lived in a really nice mobile home park and developers came in bought the land and no one had anywhere to move their homes. So they lost everything. The developers cleared off the land and constructed a huge mall. This happened in Canada. I would never buy another mobile home again unless I could buy my own land to put it on which I couldn’t afford anymore.
You wont find another mobile home park with homes this well maintained anywhere, they even stuccoed them to be strong.. you can tell they had pride in their community.. not like most trailer parks that are disgustingly trashed these people kept it pretty.

I had this happen to me. I actually built 4 brick walls into a conventional roof with a door and windows. When they told me to move I had a burning down the house Party but first we ripped the front door from the wall. It was a great Party. I don't think Ya'll can do that anymore we're too locked down. I don't know though some people really didn't like that then either.
Frickin greed. It destroys every single state. Those homes were well taken care of. The land owner was making lots off lot rent from them, then sold the land to even greedier assholes. Sick. Those mobile homes are worth more than $14k each. My chihuahua watched this with me and was upset seeing the starving cats. I feel so bad for the people and animals who are all homeless now.
legally if the residents have a lease they can use about 3k of those 14k payoffs to take land owner to court and force the owners to find them a mobile home relocation service to move them,, the judge can pause any evictions until a settlement is made to make sure they can get successfully moved within the price range of the 14k buy out price, not sure the exact price to relocate a mobile home but sure it's likely in the range of 3k to 7k, the problem is finding a good service that can do it in time, and where to go. I know it's thousands of mobile home parks outside the local cities, some older parks however might not allow new homes to be moved in
When you rent a lot in a mobile home park, you sign and agree to a contract. There is no moral Injustice here, they signed and agreed to the contract and the land is being sold. The new owner has no legal or moral obligation to these people and they are lucky they're even being offered $14,000. No one has a right to what someone else owns,

I hope you went to the Dollar Tree, or somewhere, and got some cat food to throw out. Great and informative video. This has been going on for 50+ years when all of these condos popped up. Free trips to FL to listen to the condo sales pitch. Traps folks into paying for upkeep+ to have a place to lodge while on vacation... just to be stuck for years and only lodging 2 weeks out of the year. With the senior or long term condos, the rents/payments will climb, (was just in the news a couple of months ago) to the point where they were given 6 months to move or be evicted.
