      You should check out videos and articles from this trainer. His exercises and teaching methods are incredibly helpful. He has a bunch more videos on TH-cam if you just search his name and add the words clinics lessons after his name in the search bar on TH-cam.

      Also lots of flat work using the training scale and really working on mastering the first 3 ingredients in the training scale and in that order and of course,balance. Try to keep in mind with every step and every transition, exercise and everything else you to, that when the horse’s body is free of tension and is relaxed (supple), then the mind will follow. You can’t have a relaxed well moving horse if his/her mind has even a little anxiety, worry, frustration, not understanding or confusion.
      I learned from a great professional in the industry that “Any work done in/with tension, is a waste of time.” I hope this helps and I have a ton of more videos on everything and happy to share.

      Pernille Mikkelsen I feel you 😂on the way up to the jump I’m trying to keep a straight line while my horse is prancing with her head up and trying to buck than I hold on tight for the launch 😂

    If you think that horse if fizzy, you MUST meet my 13 year old new forest 😂 I can’t even go on a canter hack as he will just speed off!

    Maybe skip the spurs in the flanks of the horse

      It's kind of equivalent to a crop. As long as she isn't 24/7 jabbing the horse in the side, it's fine.

    How do you help a horse that will either rush a jump, stop in front of it, or swerve to the side at the last second? That’s what I need to know

  • @Gigabitties
    @Gigabitties 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    She’s irritating him. I don’t think he’s fizzy I think the girls are bothering him. When they applied pressure or put pressure on the bit it was hurting him. It’s irritating when you have someone keeping you from proper movement to do a task.

    • @watchgoose
      @watchgoose 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      need to get all that garbage off his face and go to a normal cavesson, and do some remedial training on yielding to the bit on a very basic level - in the stall, then at walk, etc. and not have to force his mouth closed. He's not happy with the current arrangement.

    that rider is stiff as a broomstick and actually hollowing the horses back, and behind the movement, she caries a lot of tension and drops all her weight on the rein, no wonder the horse is unhappy

    dreadfully low hands and throwing the body doesn’t help that’s for sure
