There are two parts of Super Mario 3D All-Stars that makes it unforgivable in my opinion. First is the artificial scarcity, this game should still be sold on the e-shop and the game should be buyable without needing to deal with a scalper on eBay.
Second is the price tag. This game should have 30 dollars tops, but it had double that price. These are just ports/emulation of games that are over a decade old. If you look at the Crash or Spyro remakes, those collections were 40 dollar for remakes from the ground up. Even the MGS Master Collection is better having manuals, graphics novels, the soundtracks, and you can even emulate the Psycho Mantis fight reading your PS1 memory card and swapping your controller port.
