Dude's very good at what he does. He also works in a shop where management understands that modern equipment is an asset. I ran a big Gidddings and Lewis HBM back in the day and we had NONE of the things you see in this video. Junky, beat up hold downs, limited and worn out tooling etc. No nice, accurate set-up blocks and fixtures. Every job was a shit storm. Somehow managed to turn work out but it was the damn stone age compared to the equipment in this video. This is not meant to take anything away from this guy. He is a top notch set up man and very skilled.
It must be taken into account that the machine with which one works in these videos is conventional and with many years of work behind it. The tool is very different from the one used in the latest generation of CNC machines, but it is still very functional and works at full capacity. Regards my friend.

Excelente trabalho . O sr é fera mesmo parabens , olhando parece bem mais facil doque na realidade onde eu trabalho de torneiro compraram uma deste mesmo porte uma sao rocco, e fiquei uns 2 meses eu com o fresador trabalhando nela na caldeiraria pra fazer os serviços semelhante ao seu e deu pra sentir na pele trabalhar com peças que muitas das vezes nem cabe na mesa e na maquina nao e facil.
