My iPad microphone is not working with some app and all the permissions are enabled . It workes Discord App but doesn’t not work with Facebook insta and Pubg.. can you help me

iPhone users...
I have an iPhone 8 plus and it just started experiencing mic problems today.
When I talk on the phone or voice message in a text or IMO App it is perfectly fine but when I try to do a live video on FB or talk on messenger , those listening can’t hear me very well.
It almost sounds like I’m muffled and there is a loud fan in the background.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is it fixable without having to get a new phone? 😩
