INGREDIENTS 20 oz pineapple tidbits (or chunks) 1 (3.4 oz) box instant Pistachio Pudding 8 oz Cool Whip 2 cups mini marshmallows 1 cup shredded coconut INSTRUCTIONS Drain pineapple, pour pineapple juice into large bowl. Pour pudding into the juice and mix well. Fold the Cool Whip into the pudding. Add pineapple tidbits, marshmallows and coconut. Stir together gently.
That looks very similar to a recipe I’ve made for years, and we love it! It actually was in a Dear Heloise column years ago. I still have the clipping. The only slight differences adding crushed pineapple also, and walnuts. Delicious!
As someone that makes this from scratch for our family buffet I say...I like it! I add the marshmallows before the whipped cream though, hard to soft. And we always refrigerate to make the whip cream cold and let flavors blend. I give a 10/10!!

You can add a couple drops of green food coloring to deepen the color.
I like to use the colored fruit flavored marshmallows.

You don't need to let it sit in the fridge for certain amount of hrs?
It's ready to eat when it's made, but you can also put it in the refrigerator if you make it ahead of time.
You can also add cherries to that
