    The new laws in November 2018 in Michigan regarding Medicaid now takes senior citizens on Medicaid upon their death’s assets!
    Prior to that Medicaid could ONLY do such IF the Medicaid Recipients signed a choice voucher which in return would provide the recipients with the equipment necessary for their survival and upon their death Medicaid would recoup the funds invested in the recipients by coming after their assets.....
    Now from what I learned while filing a petition for a LadyBird Deed for my Father’s estate.....
    Michigan Medicaid is going to recoup the invested funds regardless of rather a choice voucher is signed or not?!
    I am unsure IF the choice voucher even exists in Michigan after the new Laws....
    I see this was posted a few years ago
