We need a scheme where the elderly and get paid for work if they choose. Sam still have a need to feel productive and part of society, not to mention some are in desperate need of supplemental income.

It increases the synthesis of serotonin, its known to reduce anxiety and panic but also plays a role in depression and insomnia so yes its a good one to try. These are supplements and their quality varies greatly, so be careful not to purchase from an unknown source.

Depression can lead to catastrophic health failures in my opinion. After 38 years of taking care of the elderly, I have seen it time and again. Exercise, drink lots of water, smile a lot.

All I need is a decent income, good dental and.and a car .
Medication just helps you to accept defeat. It doesnt help unless I can get a job, and out of poverty. In poverty there is no quality of life.
