Can anyone help me? My dad had a long term care policy where he had $200 taken out of his check every month for 30 YEARS! Now that he has passed, my mom called the company for help to pay her $24,000 nursing home bill and they said they cant because the person in the nursing home needed to be there for 90 days or more for them to pay. My mom said that she never knew that. It might have been one of those things in fine print! Anything we can do ?
