Hi Natalia, I wanted to leave a comment to thank you for this series on the pelvic floor. It's literally the most comprehensive and detailed I've found on TH-cam. My physio had recommended some of these exercises, but you've added some excellent ones to my toolkit. The way you explain things makes a lot of sense to me and establishes solid "awareness connections" in my brain. I sincerely thank you for your work.

Hi. Thanks for sharing very usefull videos. How long it takes to see results if we do excercise three times a day as per your videos i.e long, short and with cough
