I'm from the USA and I watch the 6N matches on YT. My cousin discovered our 3X great-grandfather was born in Auchinleck. This is the first match I've watched since discovering the origin of my ancestors and what an awesome match it was! I've got to modify my bucket list to add, "Attend home game at Murrayfield."

steyn coming inside as he was running out of space, then fast hands, and riiiiiiiiiiichie grey's pass, before duhan's try, were unsung triiumphs, and what a way to finish a classic fixture!
Kyle Steyn is so important here. His cut back inside ties up 4 defenders on that side, 2 scrambling back to cover the ruck and 2 on the ground, pulling England’s defence massively to one side away from the left flank
Duhans first try got all the attention and rightly so as a great individual score, his 2nd is probably the best team try iv'e ever seen Scotland score, end to end, forwards and backs combining, multi phase and a great finish at a crucial moment, i get moist watching that try, just a peach of a move, We are ONE @@mema0005

I’d have to disagree and say the 38-38 was the greatest, but as we won this one, it’s a close second.

Yeah the bench mark of what our worst performances should be. We are capable of far more than this, and to come away with a win away to England whilst not firing on all cylinders is incredible

I think we will struggle against Ireland, but this was a poor performance compared to how well we could’ve played, and playing badly and coming away with a BP win against a good English side hopefully means it’s only up from here

And we get the match at Murrayfield this year….most of the players here will play again. It will be fantastically unpredictable. There will be heroes and villains. Great banter between the fans. A few sunk in various hostelries. No matter the result. It will happen again next year.
I might be the only one who thinks this, but I've noticed Itoje hasn't had a good game against Scotland for at least 3 or 4 years now. I'm not sure if it's intentional with the gameplan but being able to nullify him is impressive.
I can’t say I remember all his performances off the top of my head, but I’m sure last year he had Ali price in shambles chasing down every second box kick

You probably meant to say 1 tackle in this case .... no one could get close enough to tackle him except the last tackle which was poor
nowhere near bud, the first two were just hopeful attempts at a tackle, they were miles away to begin with. See if you can give a team credit instead of just playing the "it was only because we messed up card".

Our 1st try was genius.
Schoolboy error ahead of the first try Farrell and Smith both raced up to take Russell out and a big hole appears in the England defence. 0:23 Then the entire England back line were following russells movements rather than expcecting the grubber through. Finn wins matches just by being on the pitch, everyone expects him to be doing something spectacular.
That wasn't schoolboy, as you pointed out it was what FR can do to teams. Plus he has been buried in Farrell's head space for a while. Farrell hasn't had a good game v FR in a very long time.
Scotland do an amazing job with limited resources. Well done to them. I don't know what's going on with England. Another pathetic performance. They deserved to lose.

With the chances Scotland had they should really have beaten the Englunders by a far wider margin. They had ascendancy in the set piece scrum and line out. England were scared to throw it past front of line out or challenge Scottish ball all day long. Poor show at home. Lack of ambition.

Duhan was languishing and injured in France. SA rugby flat out told him "we don't need you." He was seriously considering quitting rugby. Edinburgh stepped up, signed him, got him healthy and trained him up.
