- I discuss my 3 tips how to fix a thin patchy beard naturally! As well, I talk about how to grow a patchy beard and the best things to do for overall beard health tips.
The first step on how to fix a thin patchy beard is to let your hair grow while resisting the urge to trim. Wait at least two to three months before touching a razor so you can see the direction of hair growth and where the patchy spots have camped out. The longer your beard, the more likely the patches will fill in with the rest of your beard bush.
During your hair growth phase, it’s wise to promote new hair growth and keep follicles healthy (both of which make your beard look fuller). Brittle, wiry beard hair only exacerbates a patchy beard.
Apply beard oil - Beard oil will help tame the itchiness that often nips a new beard (and beardsman) in the bud. The struggle is real, but an alcohol-free beard oil will keep skin and beard moisturized.
Apply beard balm - Beard balm has just enough hold to help train your facial hairs to grow the direction you want them to grow. Smooth the balm onto hair with your fingers.
Brush your beard - Use a bristle brush to brush beard hair downwards, which will eventually cover patches and also give your beard a tidy, uniform appearance.

If your beard is patchy further up, bring the line down the cheek and keep edges sharp.
Rock the Stubble-Short Beard Hybrid
There’s a sweet spot between stubble and a beard that will make patches look less noticeable.
After a few days’ growth, trim your jawline and cheeks with a beard trimmer with an adjustable length setting. Keep the lines clean. If you really want to get an edge on the stubble-short beard hybrid, head to your barber for the initial trim so he can cut the best lines for your face shape. That way, after your visit, all you have to do is follow his path.

The older you get the more thicker hair/faster growth you will get & see. Some guys are late bloomers. I'm 47!!! and up until a years ago 2019 I was able to grow one. In my 20's & 30's & early 40's there was no way I could of. I missed out on the 90's goatee trend because I couldn't grow a circle beard/goatee. So if you're young (20 something) give it time.... BUT I would worry more about hear hair loss than growing a beard. Take care of your head hair, health, keep up with the fashion, dress well and you will see a beard when you can grow one. Will compliment your overall look. Also as great a beard may be. IMO it makes you look older. If you have youthful looks, you might want to think twice. Look as young as you can for as long as you can. Preserve your youth, you only look young once. Just like young guys who have full heads of hair but shave it. When they lose their hair, they might regret it because they never gave their head hair a chance to grow.
My facial hair growth pattern is similar to yours. I'm finding that a once a month trim really helps. I just trim some fly away hairs to improve beard density. Growing out your soul patch will also help. Find a shape you like and maintain it while it gradually gets longer.
My dad rocked a mustache his entire life and recently at 60 years old he decided to try out the full beard and he has amazing coverage. Thing is I'm not sure if he could always do it or if he only recently could. I'm 31 and my coverage is okay but nothing like his. My younger brother is 26 and has coverage like my dad(however he started lifting heavy when he was 16 and I did not so maybe that boosted his testosterone or something) and my youngest brother is 21 and has better coverage than I did at his age. You never really know what genetics are gonna do for you. I notice more and more hairs each year though so hopefully by my mid 30s I can grow a monster.

Hey, despite all the shittalkers here: I think if you use beard balm and a beard brush regularly, your beard will appear much fuller, especially on the sides.
Best tip you will get my friend. Copy and save on your 64Gig head. Shave the whole thing and leave the mustache. Also remember to use Propaine and Propaine Accessories, when cooking delicious full of protein meats! Taste The Meat Not The Heat!

I've been growing mine for 3 months now, my stache has been trimed and I think it was a mistake as letting it grow further could make it look fuller, it's kinda patchy on my cheeks and there's a small amount of hair on the sides but I'm not giving up, I want it as full as possible, so if you had better advice since, I'd be happy to know.

You want to know a good trick for patchy beard ? Just dye your beard and use mascara of the same color. Your beard will looks fuller. Then a powder spray does exist to complete the work. Try and give me back bro
