pipboy time stop should be brought back and put in multiplayer but makee the time stop last only 5 seconds and have a 5 minutes cool down but have extreme accuracy. This would make stop for everyone other players included. I really hate the fact they removed the timee stop power. It was making a ton of awesome fan lore and animation. But now in 76 theres no point to use vats at all because it sucks without time stop.

if fallout was stuck in the 70's it would be a pimp boy and honesty if fallout was done in the 70's or 60's things would have a little more depth and conflicts amongst people would be a lot more brutal and personal like the war in Vietnam would mean there would be a strong hatred for aisians and with the civil rights movement you would see extreme racism towards blacks and all the violent termings to go with it . things wouldn't be to modern or to futuristic plus in the 60's we went to the moon , in the 70's we had the space race , communism heated up , the rise of hippies and spiritual movement , the rise and popularization of science fiction and the occult , an alien craze , Vietnam and government cover ups instead of a nuclear apocalyptic setting fallout would have an alien invasion post apocalyptic setting and in my opinion the possibilities for this could be endless and better for fallout the vault boy could be replaced with an astronaut , pimp , hippy or Vietnam soldier. vault tech would be tied to NASA in some way vaults would still exist but they wouldn't just be places to wait out the apocalypse but places where chosen humans could be modified and enhanced to create a super human species with the goal of being released back into the world and reproducing to create the generations of tomorrow who will be greater than ourselves but at the same time we are on the surface to fight side by side with one another and reclaim our world from the alien tyrants. we could interact with friendly alien races , wild life , fight both mutated and alien creatures , learn alien technology and languages , build advanced mechanisms , explore the hippy culture and become one with the earth and creation , explore vast cities and do normal wasteland things I just feel like fallout would've been more effective in another time period.

The sleeve/wristband/glove has to be adjustable in some way, otherwise your hand/forearm would become atrophied in no time.
