Absolutely died laughing when you said you didn't even think Dr. Brian May talked!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
On many, many occasions he was (and still is) the representative who spoke for the band. Which is actually quite funny in and of itself as he says himself says he was always quite shy and uses his gutair as a shield to hide behind. LOVED THIS REACTION!! It's wonderful to see yet another generation becoming Queen fans!!

You're right, Dr. Brian May did write this song. Brian sings all the time but usually in the chorus. One recording he did sing lead on is the Queen song "39". It is a folk song he wrote about space travel.
Roger Taylor, the drummer, though he usually sings the chorus on the Queen songs, sang lead on the Queen song "I'm in Love With My Car".
Both Brian and Roger have single albums in addition to their Queen albums.

@@tgranny3547 Indeed. One of the sad things that comes from Freddie's towering legacy is that most people forget that Roger Taylor actually has a larger vocal range. Freddie had a range of four octaves, Roger has *six.*

Brian can't just write great songs, sing and play guitar, he can play piano as well, check out Save Me (also written by Brian) live at Montreal 1981.
Also, the guitar he plays is called The Red Special and is literally one of a kind as it was made by him and his father when he was a teenager as they couldn't afford to buy one. It is made out of odds and ends such as a mantlepiece, a table top, mother of pearl buttons, one of his mothers knitting needles, bike parts etc, and all using hand tools. Check out some of the vids on you tube where he talks about it.

You've most likely heard it in the Grubhub commercials. Yes, Brian May is not only a wizard on the guitar, and a poet with lyrics, but has a beautifully singing voice! He sang lead for 39, some day one day, sail away sweet sister, leaving home ain't easy, sleeping on the sidewalk, all dead, all dead, partial vocals for "Who wants to live forever", Long away, She makes me (stormtroopers in stilettos), Good Company, and the final verse for Mother Love. He also has wonderful solo work and these days he also sings Love of my life and Teo Toriatte. Wait till you check out interview and documentaries with the other bandmates, they are really articulate, fun and just as down to earth as Freddie, just fantastic!

Also he runs an wild animal rescue foundation called Save Me (one of their songs) and a company that produces books with stereoscopic photographs (one of his obsessions), does lots of charity work and produces and encourages other artists. This song came out in 1989. The 80s was the decade when films explored the greed of bankers and stockbrokers, as in 'Wall Street', where Michael Douglas as Gordon Gekko has the famous line, 'Greed is good'. I've always felt that the song reflects such films which is why Freddie is wearing a suit, just like one of those stockbrokers Yes, Brian is a great singer and, along with Roger, does all the backing. You only have to watch their performances like 'Somebody to Love' at Montreal to see how good they are. He is also a very eloquent/intelligent speaker in any interviews. And, of course, a superb guitarist.

Please react to 'Too Much Love Will Kill You'.
    by Brian May.
Brian wrote it in 1988 when he was going through a difficult emotional time in his life. It's a absolutely heartbreaking song.
There are two versions, one sang by Freddie / Queen (1988) and one by Brian (1992); two different characters singing the same song!
I love both versions of the song, but I prefer Brian's version a bit more. I just feel there's much more emotion in his voice.
Brian has the unique, sweet and delicate voice.
I recommend that you try to do a 2 in 1 combo reaction. (official videos)

After 86 Wembley concert he was taking her home, she said I want it all & I want it now. She is one of Britain’s most famous actress’s. Brian wrote 65 Queen songs & sang on 95% of them. Do the video “Who wants to live forever” Brian wrote it & sings first. If you want to hear Roger “I’m in love with my car” Montreal👑

All of them can sing, even John though he didn't have much confidence in his voice. Freddie has power vocals and honestly the ability to do anything with his voice but the other members also have AMAZING voices. ( I am a huge fan of Roger Taylor and his voice is incredible). Roger has kind if a raspy voice when he sings but in the 70s was able to hit really high notes ( For example the "For Me" in Bohemian Rhapsody is him). There is actually a video of just his vocals in Bohemian Rhapsody if you are interested. He also sang songs he wrote like Drowse (one of my favourites), I'm in love with my car (another favourite) , and Fight From The Inside (Where he also plays all of the instruments). His vocals are also shown a lot in songs like In The Lap Of The Gods,(The ear piercing high notes) 39' (the beginning and middle high notes), and My Fairy King. I've always said that if you hear an incredibly high note it is most likely Roger. Brian has a very calming voice which I really enjoy. His voice really acts for a base when him and Roger do backing vocals because you can usually hear Roger a lot more. He helps enhance the others vocals. He sang vocals in songs like 39' (which is my favorite Queen song, he sings this whole song with help from Roger and Freddie in the chorus and with Roger doing the high vocals at the beginning and middle as said above), Who Wants To Live Forever (Offical Video) and way more. I recommend looking a little into each member because they are all very talented, smart, funny and kind. Brian has a PhD in Astrophysics and is an animal rights activist. He famously made his own guitar with his dad called the red special as well. He is VERY well spoken and has really helped develop my speech. Roger has a PhD in Biology (I'm pretty sure) and has write songs about many political issues that deserve to be notice such as Domestic Violence in his Solo work (He is also a savage he roasted and roasted Vanilla Ice in an interview about Ice Ice Baby). He is extremely funny without even trying and has giving me so much confidence. He always speak a his mind which I really respect and John also was a great Engineer and created the amp that Brian used which gave it a lot of its unique sound. They are all able to play multiple instruments too. Roger plays the drums, guitar, and bass. John can play the bass, drums and piano. Brian can play the guitar and piano and finally Freddie could play the piano and guitar (even though he said he only knew 4 cords). They all are incredible and all deserve equal attention for there work.

please do your next reaction to the song Innuendo! the song is amazing with great switch-ups. one song you also really need to check out is march of the black queen. the song is amazing and kinda like the big brother of bohemian rhapsody, when you react to it you'll understand why. And of course Happy birthday freddie, we love you, you really are a legend.

It’s not often that a band comes together so perfectly and can maintain their friendship throughout the years of touring to stay together and continue to write amazing music. The death of Freddie sidelined them until they found their new front man Adam Lambert. He is no Freddie Mercury but he can sing Queen’s song with his own flare and is a good fit. We still get to see Queen perform which is cool as hell. They just played for the Queen’s jubilee and were great.

More @ Dr. Brian May. He did write it @ his wife. She's a famous actress & singer. & is impatient. In the song it's attributed to youth being impatient to make life for themselves. In the late 1960s these guys were all students & playing in semiprofessional bands. Brian & Roger were in a band called Smile. Their lead singer left & their friend Freddie ( real name Farrokh Bulsara, known as Freddie. He later changed it legally.!) Freddie got the singer job. I'm sure the piano playing helped. John Deacon joined later.

Please, Please listen to Queen, No One but You (only the good die young) and be ready to feel the loss of Freddie. It was the last song with Deacon (bass guitar), he retired. But it also shows how talented ALL four members were. It is relevant to their story. ❤️

Our children are raised without the gift or Rock music nowadays. All they hear is rap and hip hop, so they don't even know what they are missing.

Brian May can indeed sing, he has sang lead vocals on quite a few of the early Queen album tracks. Also; he had two very successful solo albums with tours where he also sang lead vocals, and lead guitar of course. In fact, check out some of the live vids, just search Brian May Brixton Academy

"Inuendo "and " I want it all " They were the last hits of Freddie Mercury before he died...where you can see the influence of other cultures such as the Spanish with flamenco guitar and in this song with the heavy metal of the 80's.

Brian May (Guitarist)was an incredible singer and one of the greatest guitarists in the industry. Roger, John, Brian, and Freddie were the greatest collection of intelligent, powerful, and talented individuals in the history of the music industry. A Super Group that was a normal group.

Yes, Brian May CAN sing. There are two versions of ‘Too Much Love Will Kill You’…..Freddie sings one and Brian sings the other. Brian also wrote this song….it was about his being torn between his then wife and the one who is his wife now. You should listen to both versions. Excellent song-both versions!
