It’s true what Eli is saying about eating fruits and the way it makes you feel vs eating vegetables. Personally couldn’t eat anything else not even nuts.
P.S. (personal insight) as what I am about to say takes time and everyone is different. However, when you realize how good you feel on a raw fruit based diet vs any other lifestyle there is an eye opener aha moment. When you have the realization you tend to move away from things that take away your natural vitality. Fastings/cleanings of the body is necessary no matter how clean we eat because of environmental pollutants the body does need rest from eating.
P.S. P.S. I've never experienced an addiction response to eating just fruits compared to processed foods like chips, other fried foods or seasoned foods. That's when you know that eating fruits is healthy for your body and not the fear mongering that goes on from pushing people away from eating fruits. It sounds absurd..."don't eat fruits it might just heal ya"!

I jumped into a raw fruit diet quickly and ended up with terrible detox symptoms the worst being my hair fell out and its been 5 years later on fruits with no recovery. It is utterly depressing. I feel like I will have to go down the road of a transplant which I honestly don't want to do but its clear fruit will not regenerate hair. In a positive note I cured psoriasis and I am building muscle on fruits alone.

His lifestyle and energy radiates in his being!!! He literally is a walking testimony to the Genesis 1:29 verse that tells us what our ideal food is before the experience of duality and our fall into ignorance…Such an inspiration!!! ❤

A few verses later, Eve is disobedient and eats fruit from a tree forbidden by God (but which looks good to her for food, and for bringing "wisdom"). It is the Lord Jesus Christ, the second Adam, who redeems humanity for this disobedience and "bad fruit". Our redemption is in His name, not in food, not in "bread alone, but in every word that proceeds from the mouth of God". May God bless us!

Some years ago I ate fruit only for two weeks.. The first few days were tough but by the fourth day I noticed clarity of thought , a lightness and as though my body was being washed from within. When day fifteen arrived I prepared a small raw salad and after eating it, that high energy I was feeling seemed to be redirected to my stomach area for the work of digestion. It was so stark.
I have been eating a vegan diet for the last 8 years with a lot of cooked food... Recently I remembered that two weeks of fruit and have been scouring the net for fruitarians and for the last few weeks have been slowly introducing more fruit meals and feeling better already. Doing it slowly but surely because when I went vegan cold tofurkey my body was in utter distress for about one month.
    Thank you. 🌹

The essence of the message lies in the intricate harmony of natural foods, such as apples, where fructose coexists with a plethora of essential nutrients like phytonutrients and fiber. It's this intricate interplay of components that renders whole foods so beneficial for our health. However, should one isolate and extract the fructose from an apple, consuming it in isolation daily, the repercussions would indeed be detrimental. It's the act of extraction, divorcing a component from its natural context, that undermines the inherent goodness of food. Avocados exemplify this principle; in their whole form, they offer a bounty of health benefits, yet when their oil is extracted and consumed in isolation, its nutritional value diminishes. Thus, the lesson resonates: the true nourishment lies in embracing foods in their entirety, where every component synergistically contributes to our well-being.

Gillian - The more cleaned out you are inside the better what you do eat can be absorbed and utilized. That translates to (when you are completely cleaned out like Eli is) only needing to eat a fraction of what some man made construct about "sufficient calorie intake" says that you "need". People that don't have efficient GI tracts may need more food until their bodies become optimally efficient. Loren Lockman is another person who doesn't get "sufficient calories" by that supposed standard and does fine on a fraction of what people who adhere to the western medical model of "sufficient calories" get.

Eli is a man of integrity. He didn't come off with that bs that some of those previous fruitarians you interviewed, and asked about their teeth. One in particular, who I was following, said when you asked him about having issues with his teeth on this lifestyle, he had no issues. Yet clearly, he didn't have but a couple of teeth in his mouth & never smiled for years of watching his videos on Facebook. Prior to his interview with you, he's smiling all of the time, because he got himself some false teeth. It was disappointing to watch him lie to you & us. After that interview, I stopped following him and gave up the fruit diet. Now, I plan to ease back into it, because Eli explained the best way to do it. Thank you very much! Peace.

Traditionally, Nordic people probably ate tropical fruits as frequently as Middle Easterners slept in igloos.
There are many nonglucotoxic raw options out there:
sprouted peas, lentils, broccoli, sweetpotatoes, squash and linseeds for instance.

      @jean-chritophedesjarlais8435 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@lightningshredder5605 you can live just off of peas, saints have done it. Squashes were a huge part of the North American diet prior to colonisation. And btw, agriculture has been around for... a very long time. So it would be sort of unnatural to only do wild food. And don’t be fooled by the meat hype, it brings a lot of money and its producers gather tons of funding to crush their main competitors: cheap grains. People stuff their face with ice cream but are terrified over a bit of white rice nowadays. So i don’t see a problem with soaking all sorts of different grains and eating them mixed up with dried squash leaves for extra fiber; or leaves from any wild plant.

@@jean-chritophedesjarlais8435 Oh yeah that is true about squash sorry for making an assumption! You seem to know what you are talking about. Never in history did we not eat meat up here though. But for sure not always in great quantities.
For many people who live in the countryside getting meat is much easier than buying vegetables.
Potatoes, bread, dairy, meat and jam from berries is very typical diet here.
Much more healthy to eat animal fat than seed oil. Only since introduction of the seed oils have people started to get much more sick.

Yes its hard to know about B12. Got a blood test for the first time in 4yrs - since I have been largely fruitarian - and the Dr was amazed at all the improvements in my blood apart from my B12, which was low. Now she wants me to remedy that but unsure what to do as 2 days on a superfood with it in it - my edema came back because of all tbe sodium in it. It was Marine phytoplankton I tried ( plantbased).

Do you experience any symptoms of B12 deficiency? Or do you feel amazing/fine? The issue here is, that one would have to take several tests throughout the day to get the real picture, as our blood level differ greatly. Plus: Your body could absorb and methylate B12 efficiently and therefore the blood levels seem lower. Other then that, I personally do supplement with Methyl- and Adenosylcobalamin, even though it is kind of artificial, I could still see benefits as I truly was B12 deficient including neurological symptoms. To me, that supplement was helpful.
      I hope this helps

Excellent thoughts about the "carnivore" video warning. In the 1990s, I read the book "Fit for Life," and I'll never forget the authors trying to convince their readers why a 100% plant-based is best. They offer the scenario where you put a rabbit and a carrot in front of a toddler, then say, "If she plays with the carrot and eats the rabbit, I'll give you a car!" Or something like that.

I really think Casey could’ve made it as a vegan / fruitarian if he had just gone to the sauna every day and sweated. The first fruit cleanse I did I broke out like crazy because I wasn’t sweating and my skin was trying to purge everything. The second time I did it I knew better, sweated every day, and didn’t get any blemishes.

When you two talked about the wonder of addiction and why is it a phenomenon in the human experience:I relate to that and once heard a pharmacist say that means the human body made receptors for such things and that one’s body naturally manufactures or extracts similar chemical substances to satisfy the receptors. He referenced cannabis receptors in the brain saying that our bodies know how to construct cannabis substances without having to ingest weed. Just his pet theory.
I asked my husband of 50+ years if he had ever wondered about why the human body gets addicted and what purpose it serves. He said he has never once wondered about addictions and never will. Wow! The peace he must feel 😅

It is on the surface of it a seemingly confusing bit of physiology isn't it?.. one wonders why on earth there would be a program in play that makes you crave more of a poison that is actively hurting you. by all reason, your body should more deeply and strongly reject the poison the more you indulge right?.. those receptors your pharmacist was referring to are endocannabinoid receptors,. and we have them in our body yes. But as is always the case with the world.. hopelessly lost fools came up with the notion that the presence of these receptors "indicates".... that smoking weed and other plants is natural to us. of course, this is as laughable an idea as making a sailboat out of chain-link fence. we have those receptors because our bodies produce their own endogenous cannabanoids. they're meant for our bodily economy.. not so that we could offend our nervous system with harmful drugs.

    • @TheFreeMelonSociety
      @TheFreeMelonSociety 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

no my friend.. you don't. if you think you do, then what you're missing is simply a a very clear understanding of the difference between "appetite/cravings".. and "withdrawal symptoms". When you say you are having withdrawal symptoms, you are conflating these two concepts but they are not synonymous. it is a common experience to have strong preferences and even attachments to certain foods that we build a huge degree of comfort towards yes. you may find yourself going out of your way to select watermelon over other types of foods, and have some feelings of being "let down" if you can't get it.. But none of that has anything to do with PHYSiological Withdrawal of Toxic Poisons loaded into the body via an unnaturally prepared or concentrated Addictive Stimulant". Coffee,.. Drives the reward system BEYOND it's range of "normal" responses to "normal" food. watermelon is not capable of exceeding the normal range for dopamine responses in your body, and cannot be categorized as a substance that causes withdrawal because there is none. what you are experiencing is simply a strongly conditioned preference. Secondly.. you said you're all day in the desert. Lol lol. hmm.. this is not a difficult one to solve. watermelon happens to be almost entirely made of water AND is very sweet. Your preference for watermelon is partially accounted for by the fact that your just damn thirsty, and want some water, and no food on earth could more efficiently satisfy both your thirst and taste for naturally sweet fruit simultaneously. hope that helps straighten it out for you my friend! god bless

My dog likes some sweet fruits like watermelon and grapes and also carrots. She would never touch an orange or a banana. In the forest I have taught her to eat the blueberries.
Fruit I think can be a good addition to a balanced dog diet but the way she reacts when I come home with some meat... I wouldnt take that away from her! Dogs are mostly carnivore, no doubt. The only plant matter my dog naturally seeks out is grass and the roots of grass. They as well as us need some fiber.

Every tooth or paring teeth that are equal on both Sides in the mouth, are connected to certain organs in the body. So that means, that one each tooth hangs an organ, emotions etc.
When I turned my diet and Had to get detox a lot, especially from a past Amalgam filling, that was removed a few years before and with a lot of stress, I got one tiny caries again. After over 13 years of having no caries problems.
I looked the tooth up, for what it stands and saw: gallbladder and I knew why. I felt pain in that bally area since a while and had a lot of surpressed Anger stuck in their too...and then the suddenly more fruits based diet, -and sometimes still eating chocolate, all that in consumption caused that little caries.
So with a gallbladder-liver cleanse it could heal. Teeth can heal...
But I do at the monent cleanse with healing earth/clie/clye? I don't know how that is named in English. And I cleanse the teeth with sole water or peppermint water....and brushing of course.
But I would say, it comes from Bad flora and/or the mentioned organ problems in addition to Stress and some to quick detoxes, that are to much for the body and can retox the body. Amalgam especially always gets a bid out, when in the mouth and the chemical toxins in it, can cause, that calcium etc.can not get digested anymore or it clutches together...I remember something like that.
So yes, tooth healing knowledge is a huge topic, that most dentists don't know or don't want to tell you. Both is out there.

If fruit was more addictive than cocaine, wouldn’t we see people addicted to fruit? Instead, we send kids to school with apples and they trade them away for candy bars and potato chips. Wouldn’t we see adults in nightclubs at 2am sucking down mangoes in the bathroom? So I think a simple thought experiment here sorts this out, and saying that something as complex as the brain “lights up“ is so simplistic and can obviously be used however anybody wants.

Also chewing is very importante. My thougth are that sucrose is a disacharide, so it has to be digested with saliva like other more complex carbs (starch) so if not, they can be a problem
