To the people here bashing new Matt's singing of nowadays... Did you hear the voice cracking on Built To Fall's cleans on this one? He doesn't crack once on any live song in 2021. Things change. Some things improve, some decay. It's alright. Trivium kicked and kicks ass.

I know it’s a weird analogy. But I always thought that “In Waves” was about opiate withdrawal. For anyone who’s gone through it, they know the pain and misery comes in waves. One second you are fine. Then the next, you are in pure hell. You are so miserable that you feel so alone. You feel the world has shit all over you. You feel the urge to take the world down in to your hell. I know it’s not the actual meaning, but that’s what it means to me.
Man, they edited out the best songs! They actually played for an hour and only half of it is here... Gunshot and The Deceived were some notable examples

I think the MKH Signature didn't exist in 2011.
It did, it wasn't released to the public until later. He was having it developed while recording the In Waves album, and used it while touring.
