Hi bro, yes u can use a 13Amp fuse, no need to chage anything, or if u worry could buy a 10Amp fuse at electrical shop outside, its only 30sen. But in the end of the day, fuse is to protect your cabling and equipment, so as long as your total load is still within 10Amp and won't burn out its fine. a 10A fuse, means its load is probably lower than ~7Amp, which is fine.

China 2pin plug inside have red and blue only. Leave neutral (green ) blank

I know how to do this but the easiest is to just replace the IEC cord rather than just cutting the plug. Then the non local plug type can be a spare
