This looks so delicious! 🤤 I’m definitely trying this recipe soon
I like that you said real chefs finish their pasta in the sauce. Facts! 🤟🏾
I'm already drooling and the video hasn't even started yet! LOL
haha thank you!
Same here 😅😅😅
Anyone know how long chicken was in oven at 400 after the searing?
@@MrMakeItHappenNew Subscriber from NOLA. I found u thru your Appearance with Smokey B
@nikkifm221 use a thermometer to check the internal temp, i would say about 15 to 20 minutes, but you can always pull a piece out, and slice into it. If the temp is right and the meat is white, you good to go.
I’m making this Todayyyy! Thank you for another wonderful recipe 🙌
Looks very good and easy to make going to make it today for my son 😍
Thanks for sharing your recipe 😃
I have been watching your content for the past few months you da goat bro stg man love all the meals you show us and I appreciate you for taking your time out a providing such great meals💯
Quick tip: if you have more salt than you'd like, toss a potato in there, it'll absorb the salt, so you can enjoy even if you added too much parm
Looks good my son stay making this recipe him and my grandson they're grown on their own now thank 6:21 God

Mr. Make it happened ! ! Lol
Now THIS is my guy right here, subscribed. Butter basting the chicken, gotta get the whole cream, and a whole stick of butter. Yessir 💯💯
This looks good!! I normally don’t use a whole stick of butter, but going to try this method with the lower heat. Thank you!!!!!!
thanks for your support
I also enjoy watching your videos, keep up the good work!!
I’m no chef but this is the only sauce I make from scratch. It’s simple and easy and soo delicious!
good place to start!
Right! The ones from the store taste weird so i make my own
Especially with the parmesean you have to shred yourself.
And a table spoon or two of cream cheese
Thank you that’s going to be dinner for my family tonight
I pull my chicken out of the oven at 155° to 160°. It always has a carryover temperature and typically rises another 10°. That way you’re pretty much guaranteed a juicy chicken. You could always put it back in for a minute or two but you can’t reverse it as you well know. Love your videos. Stay well ❤
Lol ok so you and he both pull it out of the oven at a certain temperature but both of you neglected to say about how many minutes that is! Yes we can all put a meat thermometer in it but who wants to do that over and over when we can just take it out at about the right time- assuming the chicken is about this size?
@@TopGunAthlete I cook mine at 425° for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. This always varies on the oven and the size of the chicken breasts. If you don’t have a thermometer you could pull it put a knife in the center and if the juices run clear it is done. I hope this helps you❤️
Thank you!!
@@TopGunAthlete ❤️
@@TopGunAthlete all ovens are different. One person can cook something for 30 minutes at a certain temp and have it be perfect while someone else cooks it at that temp and it takes 40 minutes. You just have to play with it and find the sweet spot. Like homie also said, depends on the size of the chicken, as well. When baking anything, always use the temp and time as a guideline and not an exact science, since it will always be different. Trial and error, my friend, trial and error.
Beautiful sauce looks delicious can't wait to try. ❤❤
I subscribed a minute ago and I started with the salmon video and after that I was hooked 😊. I used this one today and I’m a caterer and it is so quick to do. I’m so extra😅I added the spinach, some sweet colorful peppers, celery and onions. Honnnneeeeyyyy o and so smoked sausage with some garlic bread. If you gone do it just gone on and do it then…it is delicious! ❤😋💪
Looking gooood!!! Thanks for this simple chicken breast tutorial.

So the first time I watch this video, I did not listen and I went to the store to buy Alfredo sauce. I’m watched this video again today and followed every direction & when I was done making it actually from scratch with the heavy, whipping cream, the butter and the garlic this was so good .& I added broccoli

I always order Chicken Alfredo when I eat at the Olive Garden. This looks better than what they serve!! Mr. Make It Happen does it again!! Drop the fork 🍴 and mic 🎤🎙️!!! ❤
Olive Garden is the McDonald's of Italian food.
I love Chicken Alfredo. But I'm Addicted to their Shrimp Alfredo
Thanks for that tip on how to cook the perfect chicken breast! I cooked my chicken breast exactly how you showed us and it was FIRE🙏🔥
It's the "this is not one of those fat free alternative recipes; if you're gonna do it do it right"

Great recipe bro! And I see the Berkeley bib Chef Works apron too.👌🏾
Love your cooking style, just like my mama used to make, all from scratch, no jars!
Looking very delicious
Yessss! Love this ❤
So simple, so good! Can you make a video with your spin on a traditional fettuccine al burro ?
thanks for your support
I typically use parchment paper when applying seasoning to meat, easy clean up.
I just love him and the food❤
Tuank you for this easy to follow recipe😢 other food gurus make it so difficult for us non chefs to follow. NEW SUBSCRIBER for LIFE🎉🎉🎉
I use permico romano as the cheese in the sauce, 2 cups on a fine side grater. The parmigiano reggiano shred for a topping cheese is the same as permico, fine grater. Also for some, you can cut back on the butter by half a stick, that way the sauce isnt overwhelming with butter taste. Grinder black pepper, sea salt. 4 garlic cloves crushed in garlic press.
Permico? Not pecorino?
@@ZephaniahL spelling, you are correct
I do too
Making this for dinner tonight for my girl and her friends tonight! Looks so good
Looks good bro good work. ✅💯
I ❤ Chicken Alfredo 🐔 Pasta!!So delicious 😋!!
Thank you Mr. Make it happen for helping me Makin it happen
Looks great Mr. Make it Happen.. I’ve made chicken Alfredo a couple of times.. But, I had to check out your way of doing it.
Great tips…. Especially when and when not to substitute certain ingredients… Although, in my opinion is that chicken cooks best in coconut oil. Light oil with a great taste. 😋
Hunty! Chefs kiss. Came out delicious. Thank you.
Love this!
What a creamy, delicious sauce and the sear on that chicken is mouthwatering!
I can’t wait to try this. 😋
thank you!
Outstanding!!!
I'm mesmerized by the pans that you're using. I swear that's the same pan set that Gordon Ramsey endorses. I'm definitely going to try this recipe out in the very near future. Thanks for the video. You keep it real.
Yeah, they are Hexclad. Top of the line and, apparently, well worth the price! Definitely on my list to get.
@washingtonsports4120 I know this sounds weird, but apparently Gordon Ramsey has partnered with the company, and they are giving away an entire set. All you have to do is pay the shipping cost. I'm sorry, I raised the bull S^*^ flag on that. Definitely, the way to go but I'd have to take a 2nd mortgage out on my house to be able to afford the entire set.
When my family comes and visits two this is the dish yum yummy good.
Making this as we text!! The cheese makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE
Getting ready to make this. Already know it will be good because the jerk chicken pasta recipe is so good. Update: made this twice over the last few days. Family smashed it. Ty. Even cooked the extra breasts the same way and they were a hit on their own.
Looks delicious. I am making this today!
thanks for your support
Mr make it happen, you are the best
I have been struggling with chicken breast until I saw this video!!! This recipe always hits and now my chicken is juicy! Thank you
Happy to hear that!
I put like a tablespoon or two of cream cheese in my sauce to thicken it up!! Soooo good!!!
thats cheating lol but delicious
When do you add that?
@@MrMakeItHappen Lmaooo I only use a cup of cheese so it evens it out lol
@@crashlight7686 I put it in after my garlic butter and heavy cream, then I add my Parmesan cheese. Lol since he uses 2 cups I would cut back at least a cup.
Ok I was looking to see if anyone else uses cream cheese .. cause it definitely makes it taste better!!
Matt are you using hexclad pans in all your videos? Love the content my dude keep em comin! 🔥🔥🔥
Lol I just made alfredo last night with Italian chicken sausage.... my poor husband is so tired of me. I make it every week 😅😅 thanks as always Matt!!!!!!!❤
lol!!
Sounds like my Hubby when I made MEATLOAF and Spaghetti all the time. Our Kitchen is Getting NEW FLOORS so it's out of commission for time being.
If I want to make something from Scratch: I just go to my Friends house and Borrow his Kitchen
My husband JUST fell in love with me all over again bc of this recipe!thank you!!!
Love this
Great video bro
I've always added a egg yolk and a pinch of nutmeg
Hey, so im making some chicken alfredo for dinner tonight, but will be using European butter, which has a much higher fat content than American butter. Should I still use an entire brick of butter? If not, how much should I use?
Thanks for this easy and delicious chicken breast receipe!
Looking Good!
You killed that🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Made this for dinner last night ❤❤❤
try doing the sauce in the same pan where you fried the chicken. much more flavours and you need no kajun , AP seasoning . i love this dish and thank you for the video :-)
You killed it again. Now I'm hungry for some of that.
Thanks for the support!
