How to Make Cream Cheese | Homemade Cream Cheese with Milk

Today, I made cream cheese.
It is a very simple recipe
that anybody can use with
ingredients they usually
have at home: milk and vinegar.
Prepare:
1 litre of milk
3 tbps of white vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
cheese cloth
Cream cheese tends to be
expensive, and not all
groceries carry them
especially if they are small.
So this is an alternative if you
can't get your hands on them.
The difference between
bought cream cheese
and this home made cream cheese
is that this one is
less sour and less soft,
but it smells and tastes very healthy.
And it is a good alternative
if you can't get your hands on
them at the supermarkets.
