Police, Ambulances & Fire Engine responding & onscene to a collision

- Ambulance & Fire truck siren, & lights, used by a Scania P280 Fire Engine responding from Hereford And Worcester Fire And Rescue Service with a Skoda Octavia Rapid Response Vehicle & a Fiat Ducato Emergency Ambulance responding from West Midlands Ambulance Service to join a Vauxhall Astra Police car onscene from Warwickshire And West Mercia Police to a Road Traffic Collision ( RTC ) involving a motorcycle on a busy city centre route in the United Kingdom Of Great Britain And Northern Ireland.
As always - fantastic job to all emergency services, and passer-byes for stopping to help - including a lorry driver who blocked the road on the corner to allow vehicles to change lanes.

Yeah it depends on the mode. I had it set to a photographic mode, superior auto, as I was photographing the scene but I forgot to change it back to movie to film the scene.
I see a bike involved... Not a good sign :(
But alas, great footage of all the emergency vehicles!
+Jim the Emergency Fan 警消大頭粉 I know right, often a bad sign. Thankfully he was up right and conscious. And being in a busy area lots of people were already stopped, and police, to help.
If it was more serious the road would've been closed, and a Paramedic Area Support officer would've been there along with mostly like a ground emergency Doctor and/or an Air Ambulance Doctor. Plus Roads Policing/Collision Investigation.

I find it a tually ridiculous how slow some people are passing this. Theyre prepared to cause another accident to be nosey. Fucking rediculous but good video!

Very nice! Why do emergency vehicles fick the siren on and off at a junction? Looks nasty hope everyone was alright?
I'm not actually sure either. I know that they tend to switch off the sirens close to the scene but I guess instead of turning them back on again a quick flick to alert drivers works
I assume that traffic is moving really slow or not moving at all, so if that's the case they usually would just flicker their sirens to make sure everyone is paying attention and that they have seen them, no point having the sirens blaring when everything is in order :)

When they're arriving onscene they turn off the siren so people don't pull over and then get in their way where they want to park + it shows they're arriving onscene rather then continuing to respond.
The problem is though if there's still lots of traffic in the way they still need to use siren, so they flick it on and off to warn the traffic.
But there's not point in blaring it as TheRebel says.
Well the person involved was conscious and sitting upright, so he should be fine. There was certainly a lot of people, along with police, helping him out when I arrived at the same time as the paramedic.
How do you manage to crash there?
I guess motorcycle stopped and car came around blind bend into the back?
what do you need a fire engine for it for and theres no fire as I play a game were I command emergency services but never use a fire engine unless there trapped or theres fire etc
Fire men don't just put out fire; they also help with getting trapped people out, like cutting the car roof to get the trapped person out. In this scenario, it would seem they were either checking if there's fuel leak, which is a potential hazard for fire. Or checking the break system etc.
Yeah they were checking the motorcycle as there was some sort of issue.
remember never to film medical also there was a car crash today near were i live no obdy was hurt luckly
